A Petition of CONCERNED RESIDENTS OF BF RESORT VILLAGE

Las Pinas City, August 19, 2018

WE THE UNDERSIGNED WOULD LIKE TO BRING YOUR ATTENTION TO THE FOLLOWING :

1. Our MOVE to PUT A STOP TO THE CONSTRUCTION of the “CAVITE BRIDGE” and all access gates thereafter, being built on the far end (South) of Onelia Jose Street corner F. Dela Cruz Street, adjacent to the Zapote River.

2. That such action is in consideration of the Residents’ SAFETY/SECURITY, WELFARE and PRIVILEGES being Homeowners inside a PRIVATE VILLAGE.

     To wit:

     a. The bridge will have DIRECT CONNECTION to undeveloped lands which are inhabited by INFORMAL SETTLERS.

     b. Subsequent roads to be built connecting said bridge will FURTHER INCREASE VEHICLE TRAFFIC in our already congested network of “Friendship Route” village streets.

     c. Opening additional access gates to said bridge, will further PUT A STRAIN on our MENIAL VILLAGE SECURITY FORCE. Noting that the current Security Force is overwhelmed already by the amount of SECURITY INCIDENTS happening daily within our Village.

3. In the absence of a General Referendum amongst the BFRV  Homeowners in reference to the foregoing, the BOARD of DIRECTORS is pressed to immediately ADOPT THIS PETITION (via a Board Resolution) to formalize the RESOLVE of MAJORITY OF THE RESIDENTS.
