Wasted appointments cost £2.8m

Today's headline in our local newspaper sums up why this petition is needed. I cannot believe how much people take our health services for granted - and during a global pandemic, when health services are already stretched and NHS staff are putting themselves at risk to care for us. This is outrageous. Less GPs, less funding, more patient demand, more wasted appointments, a global pandemic...ENOUGH IS ENOUGH, surely!
