She’s talking to the ONE person who’s talked on record at ANY of the city council TIRZ 12 meetings in FAVOR of TIRZ 12. She’s talking to him after the 6-2 vote in favor of TIRZ 12. On the other side of the room were those of us who spoke AGAINST TIRZ 12 during the meeting.
