A month ago, presidential candidate Bernie Sanders said that he’d be releasing 10 years of his personal tax returns. Where are they?

He keeps saying that there is just a little more work that needs to be done on them….What work? He refuses to give a timeline when asked.

Every single presidential candidate needs to release their tax returns. It is in the interest of transparency...We want to know who we are voting for, and seeing the tax returns from our candidates is a great way to do that.

If there’s really nothing amiss with his returns, there’s no reason for him not to share them with the American public.

Senator Amy Klobuchar, one of Sanders’ running mates, has released more than a decade of her personal tax returns, joining the ranks of Kirsten Gillibrand and Washington Governor Jay Inslee.

There are no excuses for a candidate that does not produce their tax returns, and there can be no exception.

Regardless of your political stance, every candidate should release their tax returns. Including Bernie Sanders.
