Updating the petition

Howie Hawkins from the Green Party has graciously offered to Bernie Sanders to run under the Green Party. Because the Green Party is already recognized and has many of the same values as Bernie, this would be an excellent opportunity for Bernie and all of us. Therefore, I am updating the petition to ask Bernie to take Howie's offer.
