Millions of single-use plastic straws are used every day in Berlin. Something that is used for less than 10 minutes stays on our planet forever - majority ending up in the Oceans. In the Oceans, plastic breaks down into smaller pieces (microplastics) which then gets eaten by marine life. Not good.
We can be the change!
Say no to plastic straws! Demand a better alternative (paper or straw straws) or refuse the straw altogether. #stopsuckingBERLIN
