As expected, the updated permit application has been filed by GP Energy and is available on the City of Bend website. This is an important time in the permitting process and we wanted to make sure you were aware that momentum is building. 

We've notified our traffic engineer and legal team so that they can start their document review. Our experts will be guiding us throughout the process and providing us with specific language for you to include in our letters to city planning. We will share the expert's suggestions with you as soon as they are available and make sure you know where to send your written comments.

City planning will be reviewing the application and scheduling a hearing. We'll share the date with you as soon as it has been communicated. We have been told that a big turnout at the hearing will go a long way, so we hope each of you, your friends and family can attend.

Please start thinking about what you would like to communicate to city planning and the Hearings Officer to explain why you believe the conditional use permit for the gas pumps and drive thru should be denied. Your points, coupled with citing code, will be the most effective way to impact the decision.
