During a meeting at the Whatcom County Courthouse 311 Grand Avenue Bellingham WA, discussion was held to identify potential locations of a 200-bed shelter 3-year project over $3 million. Barry Buchanan shared the Tiny Homes Proposal that was presented to Whatcom County Council Feb 13, 2018 as a County Council unanimously supported alternative strategy for unhoused residents.
