I invite you to sign the call to the Home Secretary to remove Hamas from the proscribed list.
Their struggle is absolutely legitimate. I am not asking you to support their armed wing- just the political side.
Throughout the troubles in Northern Ireland, we always kept lines of communication with Sinn Fein open, whilst banning the Provisional IRA.
I believe a similar strategy is called for with Palestine, if we want to support and work with the Palestinian people. Hamas should be seen as fighting for the freedom of Palestinians, not as terrorists.

Your support in this campaign would be hugely appreciated. If we can get a few thousand signatures, we will be able to get media attention- I really hope people start questioning whether Hamas should be demonised, as the Israeli Hasbara becomes more obvious- and stories of the captives’ good treatment comes out.
