The BCSPCA has continued to ignore the public pressure to recommend charges against Excelsior Hog Farm, but has responded to some questions on Facebook. Their response has left us with more questions than answers.

The BCSPCA has asked us to send further questions to advocacy@spca.bc.ca, which has not provided any replies.

Please send an email to advocacy@spca.bc.ca and phone 1-800-665-1868 to ask them the following questions:

• Is the Excelsior file open or closed? If it's closed, why? If it's open, why have they not recommended charges?
• Has the BCSPCA contacted Crown Counsel regarding the evidence? If so, which Crown Prosecutor did they speak with and when?

Please do not call the animal cruelty line.
