This heartfelt appeal for proper Species At Risk legislation by our provincial government - signed by 14 top University ecologists, professors, researchers & scientists - was published in 2019 in The Narwhal .. yet, shockingly, its contents still apply today:  i.e. NOTHING has been done to protect BC's precious wildlife species at risk of imminent extinction.  Even more shameful, these same politicians are still approving CLEARCUT LOGGING in our iconic Old-Growth forest ecosystems.. This has to change!
