The BC-NDP govt. continues to allow logging of Old-Growth forests, despite overwhelming evidence they not only sequester more C02 than ANY land-based C02 sink AND provide resistance to fires (which have worsened due to Climate change), they are essential habitat for BC's BEARS - an 'apex' species that maintains the health of entire ecosystems, incl. salmon & water.. Premier Horgan & co. need to know WE WON'T ACCEPT LESS THAN FULL PERMANENT PROTECTION FOR BEARS & THEIR NATIVE HABITAT IN BC's RARE OLD-GROWTH RAINFOREST ECOSYSTEMS, TODAY!
