Cost of parking for nurses

Over 3 years I was deducted a total of  $1925.01 in parking fees straight from my paycheck. (2017 $619.02 ,2018 $648.90, 2019 $657.09). I was charged for parking regardless if I was working straight time and overtime, sick or on a vacation day. At current parking rates, if I continue to work in my role until I am 65, I will be deducted at least $22,750 over the next 35 years.
