All of Metro Vancouver area is in need of Car 87 services which is a mental health crisis intervention involving a uniform member of the RCMP along with a clinical nurse/psych nurse or mental health worker specializing in mental health and they work together offering on-site emotional and mental health assessments, crisis intervention and referrals to appropriate services.
