A bunch of rumours have been put out and if true could be good news. The rumours are:
1. Doctor Who WILL return to Saturdays.
2. There WILL be another 2019 episode, a Christmas special.
3. Season 12 won't air in Jan., not til Feb or March at the earliest. 4. Jodie will regenerate in 2020 Christmas Special, BACK INTO A MAN! As the BBC are pissed off at the loss of 45% of the audience
5. Chinballs/Whittaker will both leave at that time. 2 new showrunners are being scouted Toby Whithouse & Neil Cross, neither have accepted as of yet Peter Jackson (Lord of the Rings) has been begging for the job.
6. After the Christmas Special in 2020 Dr. Who will not return until at least 2023.
7. 2023 would make sense if they are gonna give it to Peter Jackson, this would give him time to wrap up all his projects.
I don't know if these are true but if even a little bit of them are then its good news for us
