We got to 400/ A change of the title

Thank you everyone who got us to 400 and hopefully we might get to 500 soon. I will also be making changes to the petition by chaning the title to "Stop making Doctor Who a SJW/PC Show" and redoing the petition's letter to talk more about SJW in doctor who and how its ruined the show. This is because the the show will eventually make the doctor a male again one day and SJW has been a problem since the last few years 12th doctors era , plus it is too late to stop them from series 11.
