on masterchef UK, series 14 episode 13, Chef Gregg Wallace had commented on one of the national dish of both Malaysia and Indonesia "chicken rendang" which is made by contestant Zahela Olpin and i quote "the chicken skin isn't crispy, it cant be eaten, but all the sauce is on the skin i cant eat" which is an insult as chicken rendang in both Malaysia and Indonesia shall not be crispy. Chef John Torode worsen the situation on twitter by stating "Maybe Rendang is Indonesian !! Love this !! Brilliant how excited you are all getting .. Namaste  ", which clearly show no respect towards both Indonesian and Indian people as Namaste is a Hindu custom, which originate from India, and had nothing to do with Indonesian.
