Manager's Deceptive Message to Callers

Mr Ramirez, the Manager, is telling folks that call they must meet with him in person--probably does not want the conversation taped. He says I am rude and a thorn in his side; the car accident was my fault and I should be glad he did not pursue it; and don't kill the messenger. My response is I have never been rude. I always thought we had a good relationship. He rammed the front of my car with his truck while backing up and he was clearly at fault; his insurance cut me a check. At first I thought it was an accident but now that I am hearing his version I believe he rammed my vehicle on purpose. He would not provide his insurance policy until I said I was filing a police report--10 days later. He is the primary and "not the messenger" as I was at the meeting when he said he wanted the cats gone. I believe the reason is because he was at fault in the accident....he has a 2015 Dodge 350 Ram truck with all the back up bells and whistles. He supposedly did not see me and floored the gas and struck my vehicle when I was backing up and honking the horn. I have a call in to his supervisor. Then I will be going to the media if they do not lift the feeding ban.
