¡Basta ya de capturar y encerrar gatos comunitarios en Málaga!

🚨 Lo que está ocurriendo
En Málaga, los gatos comunitarios 🐱 están siendo capturados de sus colonias —muchos de ellos ya castrados y trasladados al CEPAM, donde permanecen enjaulados 🚫🪤 sin que la ciudadanía tenga información clara sobre su estado ni su destino.
Estos animales no son abandonados: forman parte de colonias felinas y están protegidos por la Ley 7/2023 de Bienestar Animal y cumplen un papel fundamental en el equilibrio de nuestros barrios.
❗ Por qué es grave
❌ Se están retirando gatos comunitarios su entorno .
❌ Se vulnera el derecho a la transparencia: no hay registros públicos ni datos accesibles.
❌ El confinamiento prolongado en jaulas causa estrés, sufrimiento e incluso la muerte.
❌ Se pone en riesgo el trabajo de voluntarios y asociaciones que gestionan el método CER.
📢 Lo que exigimos
Al Ayuntamiento de Málaga y al CEPAM:
1️⃣ Suspender de inmediato la captura de gatos comunitarios.
2️⃣ Liberar a los gatos que se encuentren injustamente retenidos y devolverlos a sus colonias de origen.
3️⃣ Transparencia total: publicar de forma accesible el número de gatos capturados, su estado de salud y su destino.
4️⃣ Cumplir y respetar los protocolos éticos y legales de bienestar animal y el método CER.
