Boycott Frontier Airlines!

The Issue

Frontier Airlines is the worst airline many people have ever encountered. Problems include the following:

Horrible/Rude customer service, described by some as "Customer Service from Hell"

False advertising. They claim to be a bargain airline, but then nickel and dime you to death with charges for seat assignments, baggage, and in flight drinks and snacks. They claim no fees for carry on, then try to charge you for it upon arrival. I paid for a checked bag, and they attempted to get me to carry it on. I told the very unpleasant customer service agent that I paid for a checked bag, and that they WOULD be taking my bag.

Unacceptably delayed flights due to either incompetence or continual mechanical problems. One customer was delayed ten hours for a one hour trip from Las Vegas to San Francisco. There are too many stories about the obscene delays this airline to mention in one petition.

Broken promises. People have been promised refunds, but then never received them.

Cancelled flights with no options available for flying out that day with no voucher for a hotel or restaurant

Cancelled flights based on false weather reports.

Unsafe/limited staff resulting in false information (lies) and non-existent customer service.

Stranding families with children in unknown cities for days at a time

Overbooking flights.

Ticketing counter closing 1 hour and a half before the flight was to leave instead of the 45 minutes they promise stranding dozens of passengers without the ability to fly out. Then we are told that they will not refund any portion of the flights.

Lies of cancelled flights in Las Vegas being due to "crew fatigue". The plane never got off the ground from the point of origin (Chicago). How was the crew fatigued?

Clearly, this airline is fraudulent and incompetent. We need to boycott them until they can rectify the abundance of problems they have.
