Write it into law that Conor Hourihane must be returned to Barnsley F.C from Aston Villa.

The Issue

Conor Hourihane was sold from Barnsley FC to Aston Villa in January 2017. I am proposing to write it into law that we will not stand for this, Barnsley FC fans everywhere, and disgruntled Aston Villa supporters, sign the petition to make Dr Xia return Conor Hourihane to Barnsley.
