The high quality proposals include providing much needed homes for the local market and a state of the art secondary school. The benefits for the community also include a new allweather sports pitch, a new library and a retail offer to suit the local need. As part of the proposals, we would like to deliver small-scale offices appropriate for start-up businesses in the local area.
