Bad news! A new puppy peddling store is planning to open in Grandville, Michigan! My hometown! Tell the owners NOT to sell puppies and instead promote a humane business model.

The Barking Boutique is no stranger to west Michigan. This puppy store has been kicked out of The Lakes Mall in Muskegon AND the Woodland Mall in Grand Rapids. They have never been transparent about their puppy suppliers and broker.

The Barking Boutique focuses on selling over-priced puppies and was linked to out-of-state puppy farms last year. Shipping records  I am outraged they plan to open in our pet friendly strip mall (2939 Wilson Ave SW) that currently supports adoption events. This is a slap in the face to the rescue community and also puts families at risk.

Reputable breeders never sell to pet stores!

Please sign this petition to promote only humane business models in Grandville. Tell the store owners to take a pledge not to sell puppies.
