UPDATE

Hi everyone. Thanks for all the votes. So far it seems as though it's not going to make a bit of difference! It seems the council didn't take any notice of the petition, and are making Ricky homeless. After seeking legal advice it seems they cannot even offer him anywhere else to live so after the 28 days Ricky will have nowhere to live. He has set up a go fund me page to help with a deposit for private rent and moving costs. Please help if you can, I know he will appreciate it.
