We the people of the United States of America from whom all government agencies at all levels ultimately derive their authority state the following:

                WHEREAS, the will of the people is sovereign

                WHEREAS, It is plainly evident Donald J. Trump is not of sound mind, poses a danger to the American people, our neighbors around the world, and to himself.

                We hereby instruct all appropriate agencies to detain Mr. Trump for his own well-being and place him under psychiatric evaluation for a period of not less than 2 (Two) Years.  We further instruct that during this time he be given compassionate care and treated kindly and make sure his caregivers do not mistreat him due to any personal bias they may have against him.

                We further instruct all electoral boards or entities or their equivalents at all levels to remove his name as a candidate from any and all ballots.

                In the event there are procedural questions, all government agencies are instructed to immediately put into effect a referendum on this matter to be determined by the popular will of the American People, such referendum as shall come before the General Election of the Office of President of the United States, and such referendum whose result shall be totally binding.
