Para pembeli rumah di Tropicana Height Kajang telah membeli rumah di sini pada harga yang tinggi berdasarkan kemudahan-kemudahan yang ditunjukkan seperti kemudahan rekreasi, rumah kelab, kawalan keselamatan, pintu gerbang dua lapis dan sebagainya

Namun begitu setelah unit terjual pihak pemaju sewenang-wenangnya memberi notis untuk menutup rumah kelab bermula 31 Disember 2022.

Ini merupakan satu penganiyaaan dan ketidak adilan kepada semua pembeli dan penduduk Tropicana Height Kajang. Penutupan rumah kelab tersebut jelas akan menurunkan kualiti hidup penduduk yang dijanjikan sebelum ini secara tidak langsung serta mengurangkan harga hartanah di kawasan tersebut.

Penduduk meminta supaya pihak pemaju mengembalikan semula hak penduduk dengan memastikan rumah kelab dan kemudahan sekitarnya dibaiki dan terus dibuka untuk operasi sebagaimana yang dijanjikan kepada pembeli

Home buyers in Tropicana Heights Kajang have bought homes / property units here at a high price based on the facilities shown such as recreational facilities, clubhouse, security control, double-layer security and so on.

However, after the units were sold, the developer arbitrarily gave notice to close the clubhouse starting December 31, 2022 with no further updates or reassurance on what or who will take over the club house etc.

This is an injustice to all buyers and residents of Tropicana Heights Kajang. The closure of the clubhouse will obviously lower the quality of life of the residents that was promised before and indirectly reduce the price of real estate in the area.
Residents request that the developer restore the residents' rights by ensuring that the clubhouse and surrounding facilities are repaired and remain open for operations as promised to the buyer else this will be highly deemed as ‘False Advertising / Marketing’
