With support for our Canadian Women on Bank Notes petition close to 50,000, media attention was strong again this week. Global BC television interviewed me for two stories on the campaign: one with host Randene Neil on BC1 and another with Kylie Stanton on News Hour at 6 (both segments aired on November 11). On November 14, I was interviewed about the petition on a dozen radio programs across Canada! It was fantastic to have the opportunity to spread the word about the importance of our campaign on The Bridge (Windsor), Shift (NewBrunswick),Trail’s End (Yellowknife), All in a Day (Ottawa), Radio West (Kelowna), Airplay (Whitehorse), All Points West (Victoria), Breakaway (Quebec City), Up to Speed (Winnipeg), Here and Now (Toronto), Afternoon Edition (Saskatchewan) and Radio Active (Edmonton).
