This account has consistently stolen content from creators, including myself, and posted it as their own, amassing millions of views and profiting unjustly.

Content creators pour their heart and soul into their work. It's not just about the views; it's about the creativity, the effort, and the hours spent crafting something original and meaningful. When someone, especially someone under the age limit imposed by TikTok, can simply copy and paste our work without any repercussions, it undermines the integrity of the platform and harms the community of creators who rely on TikTok as a space for genuine expression.

According to TikTok's age restrictions, users must be at least 13 years old to create an account. This age limit is there for a reason—to protect young individuals and to maintain a safe and respectful environment for everyone involved. Furthermore, copyright laws exist to protect intellectual property and ensure that creators are recognized and compensated for their original content.

Despite numerous reports, TikTok has failed to take action against @xoxoiai, even as the account continues to flagrantly disregard these rules and ethical guidelines. The existence of multiple fake accounts used to bypass restrictions further highlights the deliberate and unscrupulous nature of these actions.
