In 2022 I lost my beautiful little girl at Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital she passed away on April 30th 2022 one day after turning 10 months old. She was medicated to death with everything from fentanyl Dilaudid and morphine. The doctors at Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital in St Petersburg Florida even decided to give her melatonin. She was heavily sedated as it was with rocuronium among at least 20 other medications.

I never understood why she was receiving the melatonin because that is medication that is supposed to help you sleep but she was sedated so it made no sense for them to give it to her I explained this to them and I was ignored. They also alternated between fentanyl Dilaudid and morphine citing that they didn't want her to build up a tolerance. She was also given seizure medication even though she's never had a seizure. Then I asked them not to prone her proning is placing someone on their stomach they advised me that it would help with her respiratory issues but I had explained that she didn't like to be prone but that was also ignored.

They left her prone for 6 days causing her to have a pressure wound on her forehead about the size of a half dollar. Throughout my daughter's time there anytime I tried to intervene and tell them something that I knew for a fact would cause my daughter's condition to become worse they would ignore me. They were arrogant and acted like they were God completely ignoring me. They would gaslight me and say that we were all on the same team and had the same goal and that was for my daughter to get better. One of the doctors yelled at me and pointed his fingers in my face. And when I told him he did it he tried to gaslight me yet again and say that he didn't but then bought me potato chips as an apology. 

I only agreed to the rocuronium after the doctors told me it would make my daughter better but once I saw that it was making her worse I asked them to stop giving it to her but they wouldn't listen.

They even had me hauled away from the hospital making me sign a trespassing warrant saying that I could never return. After 2 weeks of basically begging them they let me come back to see my daughter and then they finally put me in the Ronald McDonald House they gave me a bunch of busy work to keep me from aggravating the doctors because I was made to sign a form after I returned that basically said if I upset them again they would make me leave and I could never come back. I called all the time every day to check on my little girl and I was informed that she had excavated herself and no one called to tell me this my daughter could have died and I never would have known.

My daughter was receiving occupational therapy and physical therapy but they abruptly discontinued both therapy and when I asked why they ignored me yet again. They came in and told me that my daughter wasn't going to live to see one year old and coldly issued condolences even though my daughter was still alive. 

The rocuronium put so much fluid on my daughter's lungs that she had to be issued a chest to she was so weak. One night my daughter was tachycardia the nurse called the doctor to come up to my daughter's room and he said that he wasn't coming because tachycardia was a part of her history.

They basically treated my daughter like a lab rat adding more and more medication and when I complained the doctor told me that she would die if she didn't have all those medications and I asked were their side effects would the medications work against each other and they all said oh no we check all of the side effects for all of the medications. The rocuronium was taking out my daughter's hair.

My daughter was taking so many medications that when I asked him how many she was on they couldn't even tell me they had to look back through her file. They were so slammed with cases and so understaffed that one of the doctors that came in this took my daughter for a boy asking me what made me name my son poetry and I showed her my daughter's Easter dress and her face fell on the floor and she looks crazy at me and everything became awkward afterwards. When my daughter passed away it broke me I'm still broken I have given my daughter's case information to various lawyers and they all said that they can help me because there was a two-year time limit to sue to what happened to my daughter I gave my case to one lawyer in particular about what happened to my daughter and after keeping my case for 6 months he said that he couldn't help me and told me he was very sorry. I don't know why or who came up with the two-year statute of limitations for medical malpractice and wrongful death but I feel like it makes no sense I think there shouldn't be a statute of limitations. I also think John Hopkins All Children's Hospital should be closed down because all the doctors there kill babies and hide behind their fancy titles.
