It has been almost 9 months since this petition was made, and over 9 months since harassment against Maya began. Unfortunately, Maya appears to still be on the receiving end of harassment from supporters of Talib Kweli, and regularly receives hateful bad threatening messages on social media. Instagram doesn’t appear to be taking any steps to remove Kweli or his followers from its platform. If possible, please share this petition and spread the word so we can bring Maya some peace and hold Talib Kweli (and his fans who are harassing her) accountable. Thank you!
