After the American takeover of Venezuela and its vast oil wealth, as well as efforts to dominate Greenland and its rare mineral reserves, it is becoming increasingly clear that the USA wants to control the world and use its power to secure access to depleting global resources, thereby further subjugating the countries of the world whose industries rely on these resources. In order to perfect their dominance in the world, they are trying to eliminate the UN and replace it with a US-controlled organization called the Council for Peace and fully control the world.
During the capture of Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro, according to a report released by U.S. White House spokesperson Karolina Leavitt, who cited an unnamed member of Maduro's security detail, it was stated that a sonic or other energy weapon was used during the abduction, which paralyzed the soldiers guarding Maduro, rendering them unable to resist the handful of American soldiers who arrived in helicopters to take Maduro. The soldier, according to Leavitt, said it sounded like a sonic wave and caused him to feel "like my head was going to explode from the inside. We all started bleeding from our noses, some were vomiting blood. We fell to the ground and were unable to move. We couldn't even get up after that sonic weapon—or whatever it was " .
Fox News acknowledged that it may not have been a sonic weapon.
If it were a sound weapon, American soldiers would need to be dressed in soundproof clothing and would have to wear soundproof helmets to avoid being exposed to the same effects as Venezuelan soldiers. In the case of using an electromagnetic weapon, it would be sufficient for them to have a jammer for the carrier frequency of the pulsed electromagnetic radiation on their bodies (see below). Donald Trump confirmed the use of this weapon nearly two weeks later, on January 24, 2026, when he referred to the weapon used as a 'discombobulator'

The publication by the American Academy of Sciences on the Havana Syndrome exerted pressure to disclose the existence of weapons using pulsed radiofrequency radiation. However, this would have led to the American public demanding a ban on their use, at least within the USA, or at least restrictions on their use. Their unrestricted use had the potential to jeopardize American democracy. This was the reason why in March 2023, American intelligence services released a report according to which the Havana syndrom symptoms „were probably the result of factors that did not involve a foreign adversary, such as preexisting conditions, conventional illnesses, and environmental factors“.
In this way they wanted to stop discussions about technologies for remotely controlling the activities of the human brain in order to allow for their covert use in the undeclared war between the USA and Russia and China, which the USA aimed to win and control the world. Moreover, they apparently wanted to use this technology against disobedient citizens of the USA.
Already in 1994, the Research Institute for Strategic Studies of the U.S. War College wrote in the booklet „Revolution in Military Affairs and Conflict Short of War“

When discussions re-emerged about the possibility of electromagnetic weapons causing Havana syndrome following the kidnapping of the Venezuelan president, CBS News reported on January 13, 2026, that U.S. intelligence agencies had managed to buy a device capable of inducing the symptoms of Havana Syndrome
This news was meant to quell speculation that such devices were in U.S. government possession
However, the director of the U.S. Navy's electromagnetic radiation project from 1970 to 1977, Captain Paul Tyler, wrote in 1986 a chapter titled "Electromagnetic Spectrum in Low Intensity Conflict" for Congressman Newt Gingrich's book "Low Intensity Conflict and Modern Technology
" In the chapter, Captain Tyler wrote: „The results of many studies that have been published in the last few years indicate that specific biological effects can be achieved by controlling the various parameters of the electromagnetic (EM) field. A few of the more important EM factors that can be manipulated are frequency, wave shape, rate of pulse onset, pulse duration, pulse amplitude, repetition rate, secondary modulation, and symmetry and asymmetry of the pulse“ (p. 249) and „The ability to have this kind of flexibility provides an enormous range of options to the user. As an example he stated: „It has also been shown that normal breathing takes place at certain frequencies and amplitudes, but not at others. Animals forced to breathe at certain unnatural frequencies develop severe respiratory distress“ (p. 254). He concluded that „specially generated radiofrequency radiation (RFR) fields may pose powerful and revolutionary antipersonnel military threats“ and “A rapidly scanning RFR system could provide an effective stun or kill capability over a large area“ (p. 250).
In 2007, the Washington Post published an article titled "Mind Games," in which it presented evidence that the U.S. Air Force had developed a device capable of transmitting barely intelligible sentences into the human brain using pulsed microwaves.

The concealment of ownership of these weapons by American government agencies aims to enable their use without people being able to realize it. In 2023, Commander Cornelis van der Klaauw of the Royal Netherlands Navy and an expert in strategic communication and information operations at the NATO Joint Warfare Centre wrote in the article „Cognitive Warfare“: cognitive attacks are not science fiction anymore. They are taking place already now... the so-called Havana syndrome, a cluster of adverse symptoms reported by U.S. intelligence and military personnel stationed abroad in recent years, could well be an instance of the use of cognitive capabilities... The reason why cognitive attacks go unnoticed by their targets is that cognitive activities bypass the conscious mind and directly target the subconscious of a person. In fact, within the subconscious mind, the primary target is the amygdala... neural nanotechnology can be used to bring nano-sized robots close to a neuron via the bloodstream and make it possible to link the human brain directly (i.e. not intercepted by our senses) to a computer, making use of artificial intelligence in the process“ and he concluded: „the human domain is the only domain in which we can secure a full victory“

In 2024, the advisory committee of the UN Human Rights Council published a report titled "Impacts, Opportunities, and Challenges of Neurotechnology with Respect to Supporting and Protecting All Human Rights,"
in item 5 it states: „The particularity of neurotechnologies is that they allow a direct connection to be established between the human brain and external devices and thus provide a gateway to interfere with mental and cognitive functions... Neurotechnologies are unique and socially disruptive because they generally: (a) enable the exposition of cognitive processes; (b) enable the direct alteration of a person’s mental processes and thoughts; (c) bypass the individual’s conscious control or awareness; (d) enable non-consensual external access to thoughts, emotions and mental states“.

Currently, Trump is attempting to create an organization to replace the UN - a 'Council of Peace' - which would allow the USA to control the entire world. By using brain control technology during the kidnapping of the Venezuelan president, Donald Trump clearly indicated, firstly, that he does not intend to shy away from using such technologies, secondly, that he does not intend to allow their prohibition by publicly acknowledging their existence and thirdly that he does wish to use them without people being aware of it.
