Dear preachers of the world´s religions.

It is believed that a human being was created by God, which endowed human being its nature. Thousands years after the births of world´s religions the God´s human nature is under the threat of development of technology https://www.globalresearch.ca/preserve-democracy-save-free-will/5867682 . The scientists work on neurotechnologies, which enable them to control the activity of the human brain and in this way make it possible to alienate the human being from its natural behavior https://www.globalresearch.ca/mankind-able-prevent-abuse-new-technologies-against-democracy-human-rights/5762756 .

In November 2000 the Russian State Duma Commitee for Security recommended to the Russian State Duma to enact the law prohibiting the use of electromagnetic weapons on Russian territory. It argued: „The achievements of contemporary science and technology made possible the development of informational and psychophysiological technologies which allow for the creation of means and methods of secret, remote influence on the psyche and physiology of a person or of a group of people. There exists a wide spectrum of means enabling guaranteed change of the way of thinking of a human being, programming of his behavior, interfering with the adequacy of his reactions or artificially bringing about symptoms of dependency... Phone lines, heating and sewer pipes, TVs, fire signalization can be used as transmitting antennas”. It concluded: “Practically all around the world the work on methods of hidden influence upon human psyche is considered to be a priority and rates among the most important technologies of the 21st century“. https://www.liveinternet.ru/users/moscomeco/post216674757/ .

In 2007 the Washington Post published the article “Mind Games.” This article revealed an experiment conducted by the U.S. Air Force, which was reportedly declassified in response to a Freedom of Information Act request. It detailed the transmission of barely intelligible sentences into the brains of volunteers using pulsed microwave technology https://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2007/01/10/AR2007011001399_pf.html . It is important to note that when the speech is transfered to ultrasound, the brain still percieves it, but the human being does not realize it, since it does not hear it. In this way he or she will consider this to be his or her own thoughts and those thoughts may control his or her behavior. This is what he Russian State Duma Commitee for Security was writing about.

The United Nations (https://docs.un.org/en/A/HRC/58/58 and https://www.ohchr.org/sites/default/files/documents/hrbodies/hrcouncil/sessions-regular/session57/A-HRC-57-61-Etext-accessible.pdf item 27) and the European Union (https://artificialintelligenceact.eu/ item 29) warned against the possible abuse of neurotechnologies and artificial intelligence to control human behavior, but did not acknowledge that the nervous system of human beings can be manipulated not only by brain-computer interfaces, but as well from long distances and even from space by extra long electromagnetic waves inducing electrical currents in the neurons of the human brain.

Joe Biden said in his farewell speech: „Today, an oligarchy is taking shape in America of extreme wealth, power, and influence that literally threatens our entire democracy, our basic rights and freedoms“ https://bidenwhitehouse.archives.gov/briefing-room/speeches-remarks/2025/01/15/remarks-by-president-biden-in-a-farewell-address-to-the-nation/ . However, he did not explain what he meant specifically, even though he knew that an undeclared war was already being waged in this way around the world, manifested in American government employees suffering from the so-called Havana Syndrome https://www.globalresearch.ca/biden-declassify-technologies-control-human-brain/5902132 . Judging by his words, he did not explain this because he was under pressure from corporations that want the US to win this war and as well enable American corporations to control the minds of people around the world, including through advertising directly in their brains. People will not be able to realize it, but will make their purchases in accord with those advertisements or instructions in their brains. In 2021 the International Bioethics Committee of UNESCO warned that neurotechnologies can be used even to make people commit crimes. It wrote: „External tools that may interfere with our decisions can call into question, or even challenge, an individual’s free will, and consequently an individual’s responsibilities. In this way, neurotechnology could affect freedom of thought, decision-making and action. Taken together, these could have a profound impact on justice systems and social organizations” (pg. 36) and it encourages member states to guarantee neurorights to their citizens” (pg.38) https://unesdoc.unesco.org/ark:/48223/pf0000378724 . In January 2025 the UN Special Rapporteur on the right to privacy Ana Brian Nougrères repeated those warnings and added that „'Brainjacking' may involve the theft of information“ https://docs.un.org/en/A/HRC/58/58 .

The governments, most probably in collusion with big corporations, are hiding those weapons from people by forbidding the journalists to publish their existence. In the USA in 1995 the Non-Lethal Weapons Steering Committee was created with a task „to issue security and classification instructions on programs of non lethal weapons“ (https://alachuacounty.us/Depts/epd/EPAC/Angels%20Dont%20Play%20This%20HAARP%20by%20Nick%20Begich%201997.pdf pg.128). Are the governments and corporations getting ready to use those neurotechnologies against their own or foreign peoples in order to strenghten their power?

and the Chinese system https://www.scmp.com/news/china/science/article/2178214/china-and-russia-band-together-controversial-heating-experiments ) which enable them through manipulation of ionosphere to control their own or foreign nations nervous systems by extra long electromagnetic waves in large areas of the planet. In June 2023 the American daily Washington Times wrote: China’s People’s Liberation Army is developing high-technology weapons designed to disrupt brain functions and influence government leaders or entire populations“ https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2023/jul/6/chinas-military-leading-world-brain-neurostrike-we/ In this way the governments are taking over people from God and people have no way to defend themselves against this takeover, since governments have forbiden the media to publish the existence of those technologies, that they are having at hand.

To be able to protect themselves and their nature and minds, they need to be informed about the danger, they are facing. You may be able to participate in saving the human nature, created by God, from being destroyed by modern neurotechnologies, if you inform people about this danger in sermons in your churches. This might consequently oblige the governments to develop legislations protecting people against the abuse of those technologies and saving their God´s nature.

We believe that the best protection against abuse of those neurotechnologies would be if the United Nations Organization was authorized to supervise the observation of the international ban of the use of those technologies.
