Celebrating 30 Years of Black and Proud
This week I attended the Ngarra Jarra Noun ceremony, acknowledging the harmful impact of racism on Nicky, Gilly, and all former Aboriginal AFL players.
Collingwood Football Club Captain, Darcy Moore, attended the event, speaking about his fellow AFL brothers and a future free from discrimination. What an inspiring young leader!
We won't rest until significant changes are made to address online racism and bigotry, as well as racist behaviour at AFL games. Support our young athletes in reaching their full potential by eliminating this obstacle.
