Australian Sikhs Voted for Human Rights

In Australia or around the world Sikhs are known to be in the front line to assist people during disasters. Sikhs believe in Oneness. All faiths are welcome to Sikh Temples, but groups such as Australian Hindu Association are actively working under Indian Government’s command to make Sikhs look violent type in front of other communities.

On 29 January 2023, Sikhs voted for Khalistan Referendum at the Fed Square in response to the Human Rights Violations over the decades by the Indian government towards Sikhs. The event was approved to take place by the council. It was a peaceful event with Sikh attendees from all ages, women, kids, elderly people, youngsters etc. A few people holding Indian flags attended the event and caused disturbance by using swearing and cursing slogans against Sikh attendees. Hence both groups became physical. Those who attended with Indian flags are suspected to be part of RSS (Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh). Even Prime Minister Modi has links to this agency, verified by the BBC’s latest report. The RSS was banned by the post-independence Indian government, first in 1948 when Nathuram Godse, an erstwhile member of RSS, assassinated Gandhi; then during The Emergency (1975–1977); and for a third time after the demolition of Babri Masjid in 1992.

The opposition didn’t just stop on the day of voting. Groups such as Australian Hindu Association has become highly active online and showing aggression towards Sikhs and their businesses. All this is because Sikhs have been mistreated poorly by the Indian authorities and when Sikhs are trying to speak up, they have been declared as ‘Terrorists’, ‘Anti-Indian’ or ‘Separatists’.  Sikhs used to rule South Asia and now Indian government is concerned if Sikhs come back in power, the corruption elimination might end their business. Ghandi and Jawaharlal Nehru were the main entities who wanted to quash Sikhs during the partition in 1947.  Ghandi was a very racist person who hated black people and then Sikhs. He only wanted Hindutva Raaj. Hindu Raaj. Hindu Rule in Hindustan. The latest report from BBC also mentions this about the current Prime Minister Modi having the same aim.

Let’s talk about 60,000 plus Sikhs who attended this voting in Melbourne and so many more in Canada and other countries. Are those 60,000 plus men, women, and kids are terrorists? That’s what Australian Hindu Association is trying to prove in Australia. Sikhs have been suffering from india’s brutality. 57,000 Sikhs have been butchered by Indian government and killers walk free on streets and, most have been gifted political leadership positions or government jobs. Where’s the justice in that? That’s why these referendums are getting this much support. The Sikh Community is crying out loud to send the message to the world. It’s the punishment for speaking out for Human Rights.

Here are a couple of examples out of many where human rights were violated:

Jaswant Singh Khalra (1952–1995) was a prominent Sikh human rights activist. He garnered global attention for his research concerning 25,000 illegal killings and cremations involving the Punjab police. The police had even killed about 2,000 police officers who refused to cooperate. He was arrested and executed by Punjab Police.

Jagtar Singh Johal is a 35-year-old British national from Dumbarton, Scotland who has been unlawfully detained in India since 2017. He is being detained on trumped-up political charges carrying the death penalty. Johal for punished for creating a website, neverforget84.com, to bring together Sikh community and fight for Human Rights. This website was taken off internet in 2018.

There’re many Sikhs that are still in Indian jails even after finishing their sentences. A new leader Amritpal Singh is now protesting along with many other Sikhs and telling the government to release them. So far the government is still refusing to cooperate. If india considers itself a country as a Human Rights supporter nation, why not treat all of their citizens the same. Why the difference !!!

So are 57,000 butchered Sikh men, women,  children are all terrorists? Women were raped, kids were torn apart by the Indian army soldiers, and thousands of young men were executed by police. Jagdish Tytler, a political figure in 1984, had Sikhs executed by his mob after he directed them to kill every Sikh in Delhi based on their last name that starts with ‘S’. Now he’s a minister of state of overseas Indian affairs. Google Search please.

Please watch movies such Jogi and Black Prince on Netflix or other platforms. You’ll have the answers. These movies are now banned in india. why???

Any Punjabi singers, movie directors, or actors/actresses who try to speak of human rights, are threatened to kill, get killed or harassed so much that they have to run from india to other countries to protect themselves and their families.

Couldn’t eliminate??? Then assimilate.

Here’s an example of treating Sikhs as slaves.

Punjabi language speaking is prohibited in some schools and young students are force to speak Hindi and English. Some schools have a fine or penalty for speaking Punjabi language. Students are forced to think that Punjabi is a language of ‘Uneducated People’.

Sikh history books were burnt during the June 1984 attack on Sikhs’ holy place, Harmandir Sahib (Golden Temple), so that Sikhs and their future generations are separated from their history.

In 1984, Operation Kanga was launched by Punjab Police to arrest and execute any males found between the age of 17 and 25 years of age. Villages upon villages were emptied of any young boys remaining, just to slow the Sikh generational growth.

Sikh women were forced by police to walk naked in the streets with faces covered with black ash in some villages.

Pregnant women were raped in front of their brothers and fathers. And in a village a woman was forced to lay on her father-in-law’s chest naked. She still lives today to tell the story. She can be interviewed.

Some males had their skin cut and salt was poured inside the wounds.

Males were forced to pee on a high voltage wire. Or they would be beaten until they didn’t pee.

Eyes were torn out with hot irons.

ALL THIS TORTURE BY POLICE OFFICERS WAS COMMITTED UNDER THE DIRECTION OF INDIAN POLITICIANS BECAUSE THEY WERE PROMISED MONEY, PROMOTION, OR REWARD SUCH AS MEDALS.

We can go on and on for hours and these execution stories will never end.

In 2012, India passed The Anand Marriage (Amendment) Bill, after which Sikhs are able to register their marriages under the Anand Karaj Marriage Act instead of the Hindu Marriage Act, at the Parliament on 7 June 2012 in the budget session. Why are Sikhs still fighting for basic rights in a modern society. Sikhs are being forced to accept as Hindus. Which they’re not. They’re part of a religion and have beliefs different from Hindus.

Recently, one Hindu Temple in Melbourne gets spray painted by Gujrati Hindus and this much chaos on social media. The temple management didn’t even wait for investigation to be completed by the police, but came on Social Media platforms to blame Sikhs. Also, when in 1984 Sikhs’ shrine, Harmandir Sahib (The Golden Temple) gets attacked with Indian army tanks and thousands of Sikhs murdered, the killers today walk free on streets and hold political positions within the government. Talk about impartiality.

All Sikhs want to do was to get this message out about reality. All Sikhs highly condemn who damages a Hindu Temple, a mosque or a church. Sikhs will be the first ones to come and protect. They respect all faiths. It’s the propaganda Sikhs are against that is being used to blame them without any evidence.

The posters that people see are of (Saint) Sant Jarnail Singh Bhindrawale in Melbourne are of a man who wanted to fight for Sikhs’ human rights. But instead, in 1984 during the Bluestar Operation he and many other Sikhs were executed at the Golden Temple by the Indian army while praying and struggling to fight for Sikh identity. The Prime Minister Indira Ghandi was the lead politician to approve the attack. Sikhs’ turbans were used to tie their hands behind their backs and shot at a point blank range, confirmed with undisclosed autopsy reports. Army also entered Golden Temple and stomped on holy Guru Granth Sahib, which Sikhs considered as a real live Guru.

Mainstream media and social media are very powerful platforms. Please assist Sikhs the same way Canada and USA media channels have. I hope this enlightens the international community and don’t judge by reading negative about Khalistan and Sikhs.

Khalistan = The Land of the Pure

Attached is the logo used by Australian Hindu Association who are also ruining Hindu community’s name in Australia. SIKHS REQUEST LABOR GOVERNMENT TO BAN SUCH GROUPS IN BEAUTIFUL AUSTRALIA and ASK INDIAN GOVERNMENT TO REJECT THESE GROUPS.

WE, SIKHS, are asking Australia and India to stand with us as it is claimed.

Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh.
