I would like to take a moment to personally thank each and every person who has signed and shared this petition. Because of your support, we have passed our first goal of 100 signatures and are now at 227 strong- each one of you giving a voice to the voiceless and standing up for families like mine.

As many of you know this petition is deeply personal. My Daughter suffered serious life changing injuries and was nearly killed in a horrific car accident caused by a young driver under the influence of whippets. That same crash took the lives of innocent people. Our lives and many others have been forever changed.

Whippets are dangerous. They are far too easy to access, especially for teens and young adults.The consequences are devastating. 

This is not just about my family and our story- it is about preventing more loss, more trauma, and more heartbreak for other families now and in the future.
