I am starting this petition for my 9 year old grandson. We have been watching WNBA games since Caitlin Clark started playing. We talk about different plays and how “ The other players are very mean to her!”  my grandson stated. He would like to talk to all the girls and tell them to be nice to each other. We know that can’t happen so in his words.

Hi everybody, My name John Summersett and I am 9 years old. I live in Connecticut and I am a football player. My Mom and my sister were cheerleaders, they could never wear long fake nails because they could hurt each other. I’m just a kid and I’m still learning but my mom taught us to be nice and have good sportsmanship. Can you please help me and sign this petition so we can get the league to ban dangerous nails? I think the players need to put their hair in a bun or a ponytail too! They are adults and they have bad sportsmanship. I’m sorry Caitlin, they are bullying you because you are a good person and you never say bad things about them. I’m going to help you. Love John John.
