Being part of the LGBT community, it's disheartening to witness individuals using rage-baiting and clickbait behavior, claiming to represent voices like ours. Lily Tino's actions at Disney parks and TikTok and other community venues have been detrimental, not only to the family-friendly environment that many cherish but also to the reputation of those genuinely advocating for positive change within our community.

Lily Tino has been reported to engage in non-appropriate behavior in and around Disney’s parks, discussing topics like their genitals in areas populated by children and families. Purposely trying to have issues even using different restrooms and discussing how they use the bathroom. This individual is looking for problems period... Such behavior is not what we stand for as a community. Their deliberate attempts to film and speak negatively about Disney and their employees further damage the morale and spirit of both the staff and visitors.

Disney cast members work tirelessly to create magical experiences for all who visit. These employees deserve respect and a work environment where they feel safe from individuals looking to provoke and disparage them. Stories have surfaced of Tino attempting to trap employees into making mistakes, only for the staff to remain professional and rectify the situation immediately.

Disney has always been a haven of joy and warmth. To preserve its integrity and protect its employees from targeted harassment, Disney should take immediate action to ban Lily Tino from their properties. Additionally, empowering cast members with policies to shield them from such negative encounters would be a significant step forward.
