In 2022, Animal Rising supporters rescued 23 beagle puppies from MBR Acres. They pulled them from cages and carried them to freedom, sparing them from lives of torture.

Starting this month , those 20 rescuers will face the Crown Court, charged with burglary and even "possession of stolen goods", a heart-breaking phrase to describe puppies they saved. And now, it’s our turn to stand with them.

The potential of this case is MASSIVE. While these rescuers are threatened with prison for freeing puppies from a life of deprivation and agony, the vast majority of the British public opposes animal testing. This is our chance to put MBR Acres, and animal testing itself, on trial. 

This is the trial of the decade and it could not be more important. If juries of 12 ordinary people return not-guilty verdicts for our actions, it will send a shockwave through society; it could even spell the beginning of the end for testing on animals in the UK, and perhaps the globe. However, the animal testing industry is rich, powerful, and will do anything to find us guilty. We need your support to give us the best chance of finding animal testing guilty instead.
