At a recent Medicine for The People event, a fog machine created a thick, lingering haze that enveloped the dance floor during a DJ set. Attendees unknowingly inhaled this haze, resulting in multiple reports of sinus irritation, headaches, and fatigue during and after the event. Fog machines, which often use glycol-based or chemical fluids, are known to cause respiratory irritation, eye discomfort, and neurological symptoms like headaches.
