Ban FIFA from running international football tournaments. Replace FIFA with a football nonprofit that is:

1. Transparent and democratic. All money flows should be accounted for, and tournament profits should be used fairly and transparently to support football education and access, rather than being handed to the presidents of national football leagues with no oversight. FIFA's nonprofit financial model is literally designed to facilitate bribery. 
2. Run by football fans, coaches, retired players, and experts; not an egotistical financier billionaire. 
3. Anti-racist and gender-equitable. Equal prize pools and investment in women's and men's soccer. No more screwing Africa over with biased refs and VAR use. 
4. Reinvests in the communities that host and support football tournaments.
5. Bans Israel and any other country that commits genocide and is actively assassinating the football players of another nation.
6. Bans football clubs that operate on illegally occupied land.
