What is more, she openly encourages her followers and 'mods' to join her in this unethical behavior. She instructs them to intimidate and bully followers of other 'battlers' on TikTok, discouraging them from sending money anywhere else and promoting her as the main recipient.

These harmful actions have caused distress and financial loss to many innocent users of TikTok, and this kind of behavior cannot be allowed to continue. Carla aka Jefa presents a clear violation of TikTok's Community Guidelines, which explicitly warn against manipulative behavior and harassment.
