BAN ALCOHOL AND JUNK FOOD IN HALF THE RESTAURANTS AND PUBS to support everyone's health!
The Issue
ALCOHOLISM, JUNK FOOD ADDICTION AND SUGAR ADDICTION ARE VERY BIG PROBLEMS AROUND THE WORLD. They have caused many teenagers and young people to have very poor oral health, rotten teeth, poor mental health, poor skin health, rising levels of obesity, unhealthy, unhappy relationships from their teens onwards!! They have also caused early deaths according to reports. In Europe it is very normal for many 20-40 year olds to be smelling of alcohol and/or cigarettes from morning to evening and some are missing half their teeth by the age of 30! Many men are missing a lot of hair too by the age of 30, they are often needing glasses when young, their skin is often covered in scars or spots or other skin problems, many are obese too etc. People are struggling to look after themselves well all over the world.
ALL THESE PROBLEMS ARE VERY PREVENTABLE!
SOME THINGS NEED TO CHANGE TO IMPROVE THE SITUATION!!
WE NEED AT LEAST HALF THE PUBS AND RESTAURANTS TO NOT SELL ALCOHOL OR JUNK FOOD AT ALL BUT TO FOCUS ON OFFERING MAINLY HEALTHY FOODS AND DRINKS AND TO FOCUS PEOPLE'S MINDS ON HEALTHY EATING AND DRINKING EVERY DAY AND EVENING!!
THESE HEALTHY PUBS AND RESTAURANTS COULD ALL HAVE HEALTHY SALAD BARS OFFERING FRESH, WHOLE VEGETABLES AND DISHES AS WELL AS HEALTHY DRINKS, MOCKTAILS, SMOOTHIES MAKING HEALTHY MEALS EASY TO ACCESS AND AFFORDABLE FOR EVERYONE EVERY DAY AND EVERY EVENING!!
Everyone, but especially teenagers and young adults, need spaces to socialize in that are NOT constantly selling and promoting alcohol and junk food like most restaurants and pubs currently do. SO MANY teenagers in the UK and Europe are alcoholics and junk food addicts by the age of 18, living on the unhealthiest carbs, unhealthiest proteins, unhealthiest meals and ridiculously sugary desserts every day of the year!! Many have lost half their teeth by the age of 30!!
HALF THE PLACES OPEN IN THE EVENINGS MUST NOT SELL ALCOHOL, JUNK FOOD OR SUPER SUGARY PRODUCTS BUT HAVE AFFORDABLE SALAD BARS AND HEALTHY OPTIONS AND HEALTHY DRINKS INSTEAD TO SUPPORT EVERYONE'S HEALTH AND PREVENT A LOT OF ILLNESSES.
It would help EVERYONE be in a happier mood, have nicer conversations and friendships, have better oral, physical and mental health every day. And these places need to be open every evening too until 11pm or midnight as a good alternative place to stay with friends instead of places that sell alcohol and junk food.
THIS WOULD LOWER THE HIGH RATES OF ALCOHOLISM AROUND THE WORLD!! It would help everyone to have stronger, HEALTHY ADULT TEETH FOR LIFE, IT WOULD IMPROVE EVERYONE'S LIFE, it would IMPROVE everyone's oral health and general health for life, it would help people to socialize in a more civilised, social and pleasant manner, it would make people smell nicer and be more attractive and be in better shape and health. It would help prevent many illnesses. It should help improve relationships and marriages too.
TEENAGERS AND 20-SOMETHINGS ARE CURRENTLY AT HIGH RISK OF BECOMING ALCOHOLICS, JUNK FOOD ADDICTS AND SUGAR ADDICTS IN EUROPE as EVERY pub and MOST restaurants promote and sell alcohol, junk food and super sugary foods every day!! It means there is mainly unhealthy food and alcohol around our teenagers, young adults and parents in the community and in the evenings. That is mainly what is going into teenagers' mouths and bodies every day outside school!! IT IS NOT A GOOD OR IDEAL SITUATION!!!
It has produced all manner of depressing sad health report and depressing sad situation all over the West including many broken relationships, divorce stories, horrible health problems and early deaths according to newspapers, health reports and documentaries.
EVERYONE NEEDS HEALTHY MEALS EVERY DAY AND EVERY EVENING AND THEY NEED TO BE EASY TO ACCESS AND VERY AFFORDABLE.
Helping to ensure that everyone has plenty of beautiful, nice places to socialize in in the evenings that make, offer and sell mainly healthy foods and healthy drinks will help everyone have a healthy good dinner and better life. It will help everyone to have nicer evenings and be able to think and live better every day. It will help people to make the most of life and not have it ruined by tons of alcohol, junk food, anti-social behavior and depressing reports and stories.
All the salad bars should have at least 4-6 healthy complex carbohydrate options eg boiled potatoes with skin on, boiled brown rice, warm plain porridge oats, pearl barley, 100% wholemeal wheat breads etc
Each salad bar should have at least 8 - 10 different vegetables offered, half fresh, raw and crunchy, and half cooked/lightly steamed. Leafy greens should not be cut but kept whole and people can cut them in their plates to keep them fresher. As many vegetables as possible should be kept whole and people can cut them in their own plates so people get more of the nutrients and goodness into their bodies.
Each salad bar should have healthy protein portions eg boiled organic eggs, grilled fish, grilled organic meat filets or pieces, different types of beans and lentils that have been cooked from fresh on the day or the day before in pressure cookers and not from cans.
Each salad bar could have a selection of sauces/gravies to choose from. There should be bottles of UNREFINED healthy oils with fresh herbs inside too to add flavour.
Each salad bar should have at least 6 fresh fruit offerings, whole and organic as much as possible and people can peel and cut these at their table to keep them fresher.
WE MUST NOT IGNORE HEALTHY EATING RULES AND THE IMPORTANT INFORMATION STATED IN BOOKS ON NUTRITION.
NUTRITION BOOKS STATE THAT ONLY HEALTHY UNREFINED NATURAL SALT, SUGAR AND FLOURS SHOULD BE USED IN THE FOODS AND DRINKS AND PUT ON TABLES eg unrefined natural sea salt, unrefined natural sugar, fresh fruit, wholegrain flours and NEVER refined white wheat flour, refined salt or refined sugars!
NOBODY NEEDS TO DRINK ALCOHOL EVERY DAY. IT IS TOXIC AND DAMAGING TO THE HUMAN BODY!!! ALCOHOL IS A DEPRESSANT STATE SCIENCE TEXTBOOKS.
