Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

viele Iraner darunter auch Kurden sind aus politischen Gründen gezwungen ihre Heimat zu verlassen, um ihr Leben zu schützen und in europäischen Ländern politisches Asyl zu ersuchen. In den letzten 42 Jahren hat das islamische Regime die Minderheiten im Iran, besonders die Kurden, auf brutalste Art und Weise unterdrückt. Die Rechte der politischen Gefangenen werden missachtet. Das Regime verfolgt nicht nur die politischen Aktivisten, sondern auch Menschen, die sich für zivile Rechte oder für den Umweltschutz einsetzen.

Sie werden festgenommen und verschwinden für viele Monate in den geheimen Gefängnissen des iranischen Geheimdienstes. Sie werden unter brutaler Folter und monatelanger Isolation zu Geständnissen gezwungen. Viele von ihnen werden in Prozessen, die zumeist nur wenige Minuten dauern, ohne rechtlichen Beistand zu langjährigen Haftstrafen oder zum Tode verurteilt. Bei den Anschuldigungen handelt es sich um Taten, die sie nicht einmal begangen haben.

Das Iranische Regime verwendet den Reichtum des Landes für seine expandierende Ideologie und für die Unterstützung terroristischer Organisationen im gesamten Nahen Osten. Diese Politik hat zu der Armut der Bevölkerung geführt, besonders in den Grenzgebieten, in denen nationale Minderheiten wie die Kurden und die Belutschen leben. Die Bevölkerung in diesen Gebieten ist dazu gezwungen, ihren Lebensunterhalt durch die harte und lebensgefährliche Arbeit als Lastenträger (Kolbar) in den Grenzgebieten zwischen den Ländern zu verdienen. Stationierte Gardisten töten die Lastenträger täglich die an den Grenzen durch gezielte Schüsse. Die Statistiken der Menschenrechtsorganisationen belegen die Anzahl der Tötungen und die Anzahl der politischen Gefangenen. Die Mehrheit der politischen Gefangenen und der Hingerichteten besteht aus Kurden.

Die Demokratische Partei Kurdistan-Iran setzt sich zusammen mit anderen demokratischen oppositionellen Parteien seit Jahrzehnten für die ethnischen Rechte und die Demokratie im Iran ein. Viele junge Kurden*innen unterstützen unsere Partei und schließen sich uns an. Unsere Partei betrachtet die Menschenrechtskonvention der UN als Basis für unsere Aktivitäten.

Das iranische Regime schreckt sogar vor Terror gegen politische Oppositionelle im Exil nicht zurück. Die Ermordung von Dr. Sherafkandi, dem Generalsekretär der PDKI, im Jahr 1992 in Berlin, der Mord an Dr. Qassimlu Generalsekretär der PDKI im Jahr 1989 in Wien und die Ermordung von Hunderten unserer Mitglieder, vor allem im Irak, sind Beweise dafür. Aus diesem Grund suchen viele unserer Mitglieder und Aktivisten Asyl in europäischen Ländern, wie in Deutschland. Herrn

 Sind von diesem Schicksal betroffen, die seit Jahren aktive Mitglieder der Partei sind.
Sie haben in Deutschland politisches Asyl beantragt. Ihre Anträge wurden von den zuständigen Behörden leider abgelehnt. Sie versuchen sie in den Iran abzuschieben, ohne Rücksichtnahme auf die politische und menschenrechtliche Lage der ethnischen Minderheiten und besonders der Kurden.
Wir bekräftigen hiermit, dass ihnen Folter, Gefängnis und sogar die Todesstrafe drohen, wenn sie in den Iran abgeschoben worden wären.

Wir fordern die deutschen Behörden auf die Abschiebung von oben genannten Personen und anderen politischen Asylsuchendenden in den Iran sofort zu stoppen. Die Folgen der Abschiebung dieser Personen in den Iran und die Gefahren, denen sie ausgesetzt worden wären, und die humanitäre Folge muss den deutschen Behörden bewusst werden.

Dear Sir\Madam,

We inform you that over the past several years, a large number of Kurdish people, especially the youth generation, from Iranian Kurdistan, have been forced to leave their homeland under the pressure of the Islamic regime of Iran and have taken refuge in European countries, Germany among them, in order to seek protection. Followings, are the main reasons for these people to seek asylum and deserve to take it:

1.      As you probably know, over the past 42 years, the Islamic regimes authorities have been always suppressed and prosecuted Iranian minorities especially Kurdish community among them, under various and incorrect excuses. Under Iranian regimes governance, not only political prisoners but ordinary people, civil activists and environmentalists have no civil rights, and are tortured and imprisoned under false excuses. In prisons, in addition to being tortured in an uncivil and barbaric ways, they are not given the right to retain a lawyer during their trial. During the course of the past 4 decades, thousands of political and civil prisoners have been sentenced to death, shot or executed after short scenery trials.

Ayatullahs regime, which has taken over all the country’s wealth, instead of serving its own people, are serving all the terrorist groups in the region for the sake of their hegemony in the neighboring countries. All these, brought a miserable life to millions of Iranians especially for people in provinces like Kurdistan and Baluchestan that piggyback their living necessities on the border due to the lack of any development or job markets in these regions and still got shot and killed daily by IRGC forces. Indeed, the statistics of political prisoners in Iran, especially the statistics of Kurdish activists in the last few months in the prisons of this regime and the statistics of execution in the past few years, are still proof of this fact.

Kidnapping and terrorizing different opposition activists outside their borders, even in Europe like in Germany, such as the assassination of Kurdish leaders in 1992 and many other assassinations in the following years, proves the fact that under the authority of the Islamic Republic, any kind of activity, human-right claims and peaceful movements will be answered with bullets, prison and torture.

2.       To end discrimination in Iran and to democratize the country and improve the lives of the people, the Kurdistan Democratic Party of Iran, in addition to a number of opposition parties from Iran, has been acting and struggling for years and many Iranian youth, especially Kurdish youth, have joined these parties to strive for freedom and democracy. In the Democratic Party of Kurdistan of Iran, where human rights are the main principles of their struggle and have accepted the united nations-approved human rights conferences. In addition to the assassination of its leaders, Dr. Sherafkandi, the Secretary-General of the Kurdistan Democratic Party of Iran (PDKI) in Berlin 1992 and Dr. Abdul Rahman Ghassemlou the Secretary-General of PDKI in Vienna 1989, thousands of members and supporters of our party has been executed. Besides that, hundreds have been assassinated in Iraq and that’s why some of them decided to leave Iraq and take asylum in countries like Germany to save their lives. Among of these people are:

·         Mr. Nader ALLAHYARI
·         Mr. Hereish AMJADY
·         Mr. Idris RAHMANI
·         Mr. Shahriar SHATERI
·         Mr. Ako LAYGEGH

who applied for asylum in Germany, but unfortunately their cases has not yet been considered by the Refugee Agency and they’ve being acknowledged that they will be deported and handed over to Iranian authorities, where no doubt, will face life sentence or death punishment in that case.

3.      A dominating and frozen religious system and trying to remove any national, religious and cultural differences, these and many other similar issues have caused activists in various fields and Young Kurds to seek refuge in free and democratic countries in order to protect their lives and to seek asylum in such countries. But unfortunately, it’s sad to see that despite the acknowledgement of the European countries, especially Germany, about the harsh living conditions of the Iranian people especially Kurds under the Islamic dictatorship of Iranian regime, some authorities in these countries have tried to put pressure on these political activists and asylum seekers to leave the country which consequences are obvious to everyone and to the future of Kurdish political refugees in Germany in case of happening.  

Hereby, despite our support for the asylum of Kurdish political activists, who have decided to take asylum in Germany as a democratic country and a supporter of freedom-seekers, we hope that the decision will be reviewed. Such a decision not only does not serve the liberals and democratic believers, but will help to further suppress the rights of the people who wanted by the Islamic regime, and if the decision is implemented, the country's refugee administration will be responsible for the lives of those political refugees who will be deported back to the hands of ruthless Ayatullahs.

Finally, we urge everyone who cares for freedom and human rights, to participate and sign this petition in order to convey our voice to responsible individual and parties.
