Cross Street Market Update

Thank you for your continued support. We know we could not have stood our ground without you. Our goal has always been to have a Cross Street Market that meets the entire neighborhood's needs. As many of you might already know, Caves Valley has backtracked on its initial announcement to pull out of the deal and is revisiting its option to renovate the market. It is still pursuing a market wide liquor license with far lower fees. There are 40 liquor licenses in Federal Hill. For that reason a moratorium was created. There are currently 2 existing beer and wine licenses in the market. There is no community need for a new license.
