Every year Bafta and it's members (including me) recognise the on screen talent on both Television and Film, however this is all carefully and often painstakingly put together by a group of people in our industry that receive no recognition by our academy on either night. There is even an award in the name of Mary Selway yet no actual award for their ongoing hard work. It is about time their work was recognised alongside the programmes they have helped create.
