To Her Excellency the Honourable Sam Mostyn  Governor General of Australia

We the undersigned wish to advise you that we are unsatisfied with the currents status of Senator Lidia Thorpe.

It is our understanding that Lidia Thorpe did NOT complete the Oath of Allegiance correctly, as is required by the Constitution of Australia.

I her own words she stated her oath as being to The Queen and her “HAIRS”.

We the undersigned, understand that she subsequently manipulated her statement in a further press conference.

This is a significant issue for us the undersigned, as we do not believe that her ‘Oath given’ satisfies the Requirements of the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Australia. 

In consideration of the doubts raised, we the undersigned respectfully request that Her Excellency the Honourable Sam Mostyn  Governor General of Australia, do call the aforementioned Lidia Thorpe to her presence and have he make a proper Oath of Allegiance to the Crown as is required by the Constitution of Australia. Attention should presented to the presentation of the new oath, to ensure that it is properly stated, and conforms to all requirements.

Should this correctly enounced Oath not be given, then we the undersigned request that Her Excellency the Honourable Sam Mostyn  Governor General of Australia remove any papers of appointment of Lidia Thorpe from parliament, and entirely remove her from the position of Senator, along with any benefits she is receiving.
