Dear friends and fellow petitioners,

I hope this email finds you well. From when we started, we're a few years older, aren't we?:)

Just wanted to let you know that earlier this month, I had a serendipitous encounter with our new Education Minister Adriana LaGrange. It was so refreshing to meet a Minister who is so nice and down-to-earth and to hear her say, "I'd like to meet with you." 

She is already making things happen:

Soon after, I was contacted by Minister LaGrange's chief of staff and invited to be a part of the new curriculum review panel. As a mother and physician who has seen the failures of our education system, I am grateful and appreciative for the opportunity to have a voice in the important matter:
