BACK FROM THE BRINK FOR BRITAIN/EUROPE…UNSUSTAINABLE ASYLUM
The Issue
For the Attention of: All MPS In the Westminster Government, and all EU National Leaders and their populations who are suffering Asylum/Immigration overload as do we in the UK.
Asylum laws are onerous (one sided) against the host nations and are abused by claimants. They are bankrupting the UK and other European nations financially and culturally. A worldwide or European wide Asylum moratorium/ ban must be announced urgently by the UK, and each European nation as deemed appropriate by their leaders. Also the UK and other nations to trigger “ Article 15 of ECHR Derogation in time of emergency, only to be invoked in time of war or public emergency threatening the life of the nation. This aptly describes the state of the UK and many other European nations. It is a courtesy request and we cannot be wait for permission, and it is likely to be permanent ban on Asylum.
The flow of immigration/Asylum must be stopped, otherwise what is the point of us working at all with government borrowing mounting on top of the 2.7 trillion debt we already have, alongside the daily increasing immigrant numbers and free support of the same paid by the Taxpayer. Every Government budget and policy is a nonsense until the immigration flow is halted.
Therefore the signatories of this Petition, suggest/request the following first 10 URGENT changes in our nation which is collapsing due to already tested and failed policies, which we know will end in an IMF (International Monetary Fund) loan and a third world standard of living unless immigration is stopped immediately. The remaining 14 policy suggestions are for media discussion should we find the petition gathers interest, as not all signing will agree with all policies beyond the first 10. They all could be discussed with MPs over the media or possibly added to the website of www.restorebritain.org.uk for individual petition and take part in a direct democracy system of government if the aims of the first 10 requests for change are successful. There is unrest in some EU nations over similar issues and we are trying to “jaw jaw, not war war” and we appeal to the Labour Government and its MPs and the BBC., that we all must start “thinking” differently, to avoid disaster.
We cannot wait 4 years for a change of government as it will be too late to save the nation, debts are mounting as does the immigration/asylum claims. It may be the case that not all of our UK MPs are blind to the pending financial disaster, including Labour and other political party MPs. We trust that as our elected leaders, they will also want to save the nation and not destroy it by misguided tried and failed past policies, which the public and many professionals can see are not succeeding but leading us to chaos and bankruptcy. Let us choose to make adjustments now, before it is too late, the MPs in particular. Please consider current events, think for yourselves, do not follow the crowd, or the party whip, but make history and start saving the nation from the brink of disaster. As follows:
1)We suggest that this is not a time for a responsible Government to have a “summer recess” of 6 weeks, nor a time for Party Conference, but a time of emergency where civil war and bankruptcy is being predicted and with a Budget coming up to unjustly increase taxes to the working population to pay for this without any significant attempt of controlling this great influx of people immediately. We ask that a recall of Parliament and a cancellation of all Party Conferences occur and this time instead is spent triggering all, or part of the requests below in order to “bring us back from the brink”. It cannot be business as usual.
2) Trigger “ Article 15 of ECHR: Derogation in time of emergency, only to be invoked in time of war or public emergency threatening the life of the nation”, and to suggest to other EU nations struggling with same problem to do the same. It is courtesy notification and we are unable to wait for permission, and it is likely to be permanent.
3) We ask for an immediate motion/private members bill/Labour Bill or a simple official MP request for Military/Navy/RAF/Border Force to provide options for stopping the Channel boat crossings, by force if need be, and for the options to be made known publicly. France is a safe nation, these people are not fleeing from war, and many may have an agenda to damage our nation, hence the 10’000 immigrants in our prisons. Claims of family in the UK is no reason to be allowed into the UK when the Taxpayer is paying for all the costs.
4)As this is an emergency situation, in order to quickly reverse the pending financial bankruptcy and decline of the UK (and perhaps other EU nations) and the cause of it, we want steps taken for Asylum claims and appeals and processing to cease this year, together with Legal Aid for Asylum, welfare payments, NHS care except emergency care, dentistry, housing, translation, education. We ask for the approximate annual collective cost of all these services provided to Asylum seekers calculated over the last 5 years, added together with the full Foreign Aid Budget over those years. So that we can then calculate what the next 5 years might cost and we can see if all this money can be better used for permanently resolving this issue. We want these figures by September 2025 and for them to be made public.
5) Call an election now in order that others who have greater knowledge of business and economic growth issues can take power. Alternatively, a form of emergency coalition agreed so that Labour concede more influence to other party MPs with regard to dealing with the economic and business issues. Ideally the Labour Chancellor working closely/daily with Richard Tice whom as representing www.reformparty.uk on an ongoing basis on the matters of the economy, tax and spending. and with whom Labour may agree to work with to reach a combined solution to begin to resolve these issues. This should be seen as temporary emergency alternative means of running the nations economy, to turn it around, and may become permanent if it works. // The website of Rupert Lowe www.restorebritain.org,uk is not a political party but a step towards Direct Democracy where the public vote more directly on some policies which may be an option as time passes. Ben Habib is also setting up party and his supporters may also take part in this manner. The two party system has failed/needs to evolve and MPs should consider becoming a voluntary parliament of Independents by rejecting the "whip" and voting for what is best for the nation, not for the party or a failing ideology which many can see are leading us to civil war and bankruptcy. It is not logical that each party should promote different policies just for sake of being different. It is logical that there is only one likely path for progress, and MPs must come together to discuss what is best to find that path, looking at what has worked before. We will still have MPs and a Prime Minister elected every 5 years. It will never become a one party system as the MPs need to be elected every 5 years at least, it is more along ancient Greek democracy perhaps. The current chancellor has no business experience and this is the problem. Tony Blair was a Lawyer. current Labour MPs in high office are Human Rights Lawyers, Bank of England office workers, or Union Representatives with no extensive education who left school at 16, many who only have union representation experience. We must balance essential social need with the reality that we need business people to create jobs, and that most people must work unless they have serious physical or mental disability. Labour were trying to do the right thing in reforming the welfare state but were thwarted by idealist MPs who do not realise, due to DEI and woke thinking, that we cannot keep paying money out to people not working, that could. We also have to create and encourage business, and cut multiple costs/expenditure . We cannot keep taxing the working people. None of us can think “left or right” politics anymore, just what needs to be done to avoid bankruptcy and cultural chaos. It is not acceptable to accuse someone of being a Nazi or far right because they want to reform welfare payments, reject Asylum claims/mass immigration, or pay reparations. The facts are the numbers entering the Uk are too great, and there is no money left to spend and a wealth tax just drives the wealthy and tax income away.
6) This is a national emergency, or will be if we do not act now. Due to the pending dire financial and cultural bankruptcy of the UK and other nations, if a general election is refused by the Labour leadership, then we ask that all MPs reconsider their position and collectively/individually refuse the “whip” and all MPs choose to become “Independents”. They should announce at the same time if they are affiliated as Independents for themselves, Labour, Tory, Liberal, Reform etc but that they want the freedom in these difficult times to vote for what is best for the nation and by conscience i.e. free speech, law and order and justice for all “without fear or favour”. i.e. not for a minority with “protected characteristics” of race, religion, gender. This is a failed system/experiment and toxic to society and economic growth as is “woke” and DEI. The 2010 Equality Act and DEI (Diversity, Equality Inclusion) will no longer be tolerated. Good words do not always amount to a “good” outcome, and these are all leading us to bankruptcy and cultural disaster, division and extinction.
7)If there is no other means to do so, we ask that these Independent MPs and/or Reform MPs to put forward private members bills on behalf of those who sign this petition, or by some other method known to them as appropriate. The Speaker of the House should compelled not to block these private members bills listed here. We want an immediate motion/law to reverse the 2010 Equality Act with immediate affect, it is making the host nation population 2nd class citizens in their own land, even losing permanent power over it for each job or public service appointment made by DEI rules.
8) In addition to revoking the 2010 Equality Act, we want all DEI jobs and departments terminated and made illegal in private and public institutions by the end of 2025. This will save significant funds in many Taxpayer funded institutions, i.e. Council, NHS, Education, Government, Police, Military etc. They are serving no practical purpose except promoting/teaching these policies that cause division and injustice, if revoking another law is required for this, then let this be put forward also. We also ask that an approximate annual savings total will be calculated from ending the above and announced to the public what this figure is. This in order that we can all see and hear how these funds saved will be used, to offset the debt, or some other purpose. We want these figures by September 2025. // We suggest that a Common Courtesy Culture is introduced instead of DEI and Human Rights (please see www.BritishIndependentInternationalParty.org - virtual party only). We cannot legalize multiple cultures, preferring some over others, the only one that should be preferred is the English in England, the Welsh in Wales etc. It is our nation and others have chosen to come and live in it over the decades. It is not for the host nation to absorb the demands of many conflicting cultures and pay for it, and has made the host nation population 2nd class citizens in their own nation. We reject the defamation of British history and its replacements by a false contrived narrative. Immigrants of 20 years or more should be as concerned as the English as to what is is occurring and make a stand against it.
9)We ask that an immediate motion/private members bill for all 10’000 immigrants in our prisons are deported /repatriated to their home nation, and that the EU and UN without fail supports this for all nations that apply in this time of crisis. It is the UN and EU that cared in a biased manner for the Asylum seekers and has compelled leaders by law to take in millions of immigrants to the detriment of their own population. They need to acknowledge their error in this policy and assist in the repatriation of these criminals and care as much for the safety of host nation populations i.e. the current and future victims of the 10’000 UK crimes in this instance, some of which were murder, rape and assault. Face/eye pupil recognition should be used to ensure these do not re enter the UK once deported, or improved passport systems.
10) We ask that all LGBTQ teaching in schools is banned, also from using third party teaching materials on this subject such as Mermaids. Teachers should refer the children to speak with their parents on such issues. If teachers speak on sex education, they should only speak on the biological norms, not the various modern and sometimes perverted options, eventually affecting teenage groups “thinking “ that partial strangulation is part of love making. Children also do not know what normal and healthy thinking is with so many "theories" of gender. It is also a waste of valuable teaching time and creates confusion in susceptible/vulnerable minds. We should ask ourselves why it is that some children who are sexually abused when young, then become gay or similar when adults (not all do). This is because we do not fully understand the minds and emotions of humans and that it is possible to “train” a child’s mind and emotions into the “unusual”, in a similar way we can train them into good behaviour and a skill. This is what grooming gangs and pedophiles do, the state education system with DEI and gender issues is “grooming” our children in school into accepting something against biological norms. Even as we can unwittingly train our children into being bullies, if we are bullies, into criminals, if we are criminals. Children learn from our example. Encouraging children into thinking on multiple genders, same sex marriage, choosing to be a boy or girl opposite to their biological sex should be banned, as should alternate pronouns “they/them” instead or I/me. It is a national abuse on our children, and a form of schizophrenia we are teaching. Even most adults are confused. Counseling should be accessible for those that may want/need it, but we cannot confuse all children for the sake of the few that think differently/or have a mental health/behaviour issue such ADHD/Autism etc. Children are in school to learn the 3Rs and more, and skills to build on talents to obtain a job. At present many are coming out of school without being able to read or write, or starting school not able speak English, or handle a knife/fork properly, nor toilet trained. Teaching on DEI (Diversity Equality Inclusion) in schools should also be banned, as these laws should soon be revoked. They were an experiment by some which is destroying national cohesion and causing national bankruptcy. As an example, a judge made a judgement on Birmingham Council in 2023 that they should pay “back pay” to women, based on the lack of equality of pay between men and women. This bankrupted the Council and they had to sell off historic town buildings in order to pay this “back pay”. This cannot be allowed by Unions/Strikes/Judges, it is unsustainable. 11)We thank the 50% of doctors who have not voted to strike in 2025. We ask those that are, to delay for another year such an action as the nation and NHS is in a state of emergency and they had an unprecedented pay rise in 2024. Doctors / nurses should not be allowed to strike, it is a form of blackmail and manslaughter. Give their notice in if they are unhappy, but strikes are not acceptable morally. Multiple patients do die earlier than they would due to cancelled appointments. They were called junior doctors because they are still undergoing training from Consultants. Their salaries rise annually and many on £60'0000 pa. Once trained they can command very high salaries. They are in breach of their oath "to do no harm". They cannot expect privately funded salaries while still training and in a public funded institution.
12) We are not agreement with the Indian Trade Deal which allows visas for 3 years with no payment of NI for that period and allowing dependents to arrive and accessing our NHS service. This while UK born employers are paying an increased NI rate for their employees as per the 2024 budget. Many Hospice, Care Homes, small business have closed due to this. It is totally unacceptable that a Trade Deal allows such an injustice. We want this Trade Deal, or this aspect of it revoked immediately. Let experts review this deal including ReformUK and previous members of it, and revoke this deal if need be. No deal is better than another onerous deal.
13) We do not agree with the tentative and vague UK - French “one in one out” deal with regard to the illegal migration, we want all these channel boats stopped this year at the latest with no special “safe routes” to resolve it. We are happy with closer ties with France and the French, but not with the EU membership rules, particularly if once any deal is signed, we will be obliged to pay yet more money to extricate ourselves. This deal also gives further "fishing rights" away. Let experts review this deal including ReformUK and Ex members of it, and revoke this deal if need be, before it is confirmed. No deal is better than another onerous deal.
14) We understand multiple companies and universities are issuing multiple visas, as is the London Mayors office and who are also paying their visas of £1’200 approximately each, i.e. paid by the Taxpayer. We have millions in London looking for work, do DEI rules extend to employing those actually abroad now? We also want such visa consents to cease immediately and that all visa issue is via the Home Office only.
15)We want all Mayor positions to be revoked by April 2026. The London Mayors position has increased our Taxpayer Council Tax costs by about a third. Mayors have too much power and influence over the Police and too much money to spend on things biased toward the immigrant population, London belongs tot he nation which is still 73% English. The London Mayor provides little actual service, only art, or removing it, or preferential treatment for immigrants with regard to London, and other damaging policies. The London Mayor did not discourage the BLM protests in 2020 while we were in Lockdown and protecting each other and the NHS. Nor did the Ethiopian Director General of the World Health Organization. What an irony that the director of a world health agency did not ban the BLM Protests while the world was being told “not to go out”, yet said BLM Protests were a special case and could. In both instances, these individuals were partisan to the BLM cause, not for the common good. This was an Abuse of Public Office and Trust. We ask that steps are taken to remove these men from office, and the “title” Sir removed for the London Mayor. Some Mayors are good, but it is a position that is easily abused and another layer of costly bureaucracy.
16) Democracies are successful because we generally have small families, work, and obey the law, we reject the suggestion of removing the 2 child benefit cap which will only benefit large immigrant families often not working, Failing nations around the world are in poverty because they have more than 2 children. In the UK they have them too young i.e. before 25, often with no job or reliable partner. In some nations there is no contraception, or pressure from their partner to refuse it, which needs to be rectified for the sake of a woman’s choice in these struggling nations. We also cannot overcome poverty and homelessness in the UK while mass immigration continues and we will not pay more tax to alleviate these issues until immigration is stopped. It is foolish of the Government MPs to suggest this and we do not want more Taxpayer money spent on this issue until the boats and immigration is stopped as it is a bottomless pit of demand.. After it is stopped we can discuss the PIP, Welfare and Pension reforms. They announced on the BBC that homelessness has doubled since Covid, this is disingenuous (insincere) and misleading, Covid is not the reason, but the mass immigration. We also ask for a breakdown of every race, gender and age of every person registered homeless and the date they arrived in the UK and a summary of this list to be made public. We want this by September 2025.
17) The Rental Reform Bill is being rushed through even though the Courts are already overwhelmed. If tenants fail to pay rent or severe ASB (anti social behaviour) issues occur, this will mean severe delays for Landlords to remove tenants while receiving no rent, or on going problems/complaints from neighbours suffering ASB. The Section 21 notice was introduced in 1988 as owners were unable to regain occupancy of their properties. This Bill is again too weighted against landlords, it is regression. It also gives too much leeway for multiple dog ownership in cities. This is leading to increased fouling in parks and streets, dogs not on leads in tubes and railways stations, restaurants, pubs and most dangerous of all in the supermarkets, owners often refuse point blank to leave when asked by staff. As dog owners increase, often with two or more dogs, we are going to have increased noise nuisance from barking, and health and safety risks from fouling and dog urine contamination on the streets, Toxicariasis risks from fouling, and children and adults being bitten. Some dogs are very large and I have been caught between two wanting to attack each other while walking, and was bitten by another small dog this year while walking in the park. This part of the Rental Reform Bill (enforced acceptance of dogs on council and private landlords) will be increasingly costly to Councils and dangerous for society from fouling as the dog numbers increase. There is a reason dogs being allowed or not were down to landlord choice and in a cities. The Bill has also now removed the need for Pet Insurance in case of damage to property, again reducing protections to Landlords. The Rental Reform Bill should be delayed for a year and even revoked, as it is making Landlords leave the rental market when the Councils need more property rentals. In my experience the Section 21 was only used for difficult Tenants.
18) Since the Rental Reform Bill pending, Landlords have been selling large portfolios of their properties en masse to large business and institutions, often overseas. These properties are usually in the first/second time buyer range. We need an URGENT law to stop this so that we do not lose this price range of homes for the youth now, and in the future. The new law should also state that Buy to Let Properties can only be sold singly to owner occupiers, this will bring property prices down to manageable levels. In this same law, Buy to Let mortgages should no longer be offered on properties under £500’000 (figure to be reviewed 5 yearly) to ensure that first and second buyers as owner occupiers are not constantly outbid by Buy to Let owners. This law should also consider restrictions on purchasing second home ownership unless for a relative who will be living in it throughout the year. This is to avoid the problem of holiday homes being bought up for holiday lets or summer use only, and locals unable to rent or buy. There should be a general expectation that the law promotes one home for one person or family, not that one person or business owns many of the cheapest homes available.
19) A law should immediately be passed to ban first cousin marriages which is known to cause severe child disabilities, causing suffering to the child and huge costs to the NHS. In the UK the British English are taught as a child that such a marriage is not acceptable/advised. Those willfully entering these marriages should be registered by law and will be deported with their families who have often been coerced into such a marriage for cultural or religious reasons. To avoid deportation a compulsory amniotic test taken, and an abortion if advised by the Doctor.
20) The Voting age should not be reduced to 16 years. If anything it should be raised to 25 and greater basic education on Politics and the Economy. This lower voting age is only suggested to boost Labours voting base, not for the common good, the nation, or the 16 year olds. Labour is in the process of bankrupting the UK following Marxist/Communist style policies. Most (not all) of us do not know what we are doing when voting, often guessing or following the lead of friends or family. With multiple cultures, many not even speaking English, more and more will be voting blind and “partisan” to a religion, or a “group”, or family. Adding 16 year olds will compound this problem.
21) The BBC should be compelled with other institutions to divest itself of DEI positions and appointments and employ staff only by talent. We also ask that the BBC has TV and Radio discussions on the policies listed on this Petition with experts/commentators from politically left and right leaning, while on the same program and with equal number of participants on both sides of the political argument. They can be MPs or those of Political standing and influence and those linked to Reform UK. Also Rupert Murdoch, Ben Habib, Matt Goodwin, Douglas Murray, Winston Marshall, David Starsky, Dominic Cummings, Jordon Peterson Tommy Robinson, Peter Whittle and those connected to The New Culture Forum and multiple others not mentioned here as suggested by the above. With regard to Gaza, the original “Son of Hamas” should be invited, Mosab Hassan Yousef " American author and ex-Palestinian militant who defected to Israel in 1997, thereafter working as an Israeli spy for the Shin Bet until he moved to the United States in 2007. His father is Hassan Yousef, a co-founder of the Palestinian Islamist organization Hamas", He as more experience of the Palestinians and Israel than any man on earth, but the BBC do not interview him, this is a very biased act of omission. In fact it would "appear" the BBC assisted Hamas to usurp the name “Son of Hamas” by the recent documentary film of a child using that title and that was then rightly withdrawn by Tim Davie due to lack of journalistic investigation. Nevertheless if one searches “Son of Hamas” this child’s name now comes up, so Hamas achieved their aim of usurping the real “Son of Hamas” leader, assisted by the biased BBC staff, was this done purposely by some. The BBC may well be preventing peace and discord worldwide by its bias and “woke” philosophy of its staff due to DEI rules, or allowing itself to be coerced into by individuals and DEI rules,
22)It should be reiterated by the BBC and to the Government before any discussion about “peace” being demanded of Israel with Hamas, that the speakers/MPs are reminded every time that 1) Hamas has said they will do again and again. what they did to Israel on 07.10.23. 2) That the attack on 07.10.23 was an ISIS Islamic style of war on the innocent and defenseless. It was a slaughter, supposedly sanctioned by God, as all attackers were Muslim. 3)That hostages have been cynically held in order to exchange for Palestinian prisoners, violent or otherwise we know not, with an exchange rate of 1 hostage (often already dead), for 100 Palestinian prisoners. The war could have ended 2 years ago if Hamas had released the hostages. The West and those against Israel, including the public and celebrities causes Israel to be humiliated with such an exchange rate, yet still demand unilateral submission by Israel to the demands of Hamas who started this violence, and blame Israel only. If the UK had been attacked from Wales and they were holding hostages for money lets say, would we be so understanding? Hamas is a violent religious group whose holy book says they can kill if need be. The UK is also now in a "group think” with the woke and left wing UN and EU, and instead of leading the way to a just and fair response to an ally in severe trouble with the equivalent of ISIS on its border. It applies sanctions, and does nothing to reprimand Hamas, stopping Foreign Aid or similar. The current Labour Government mean to apply sanctions on Israel unless they submit to their demands, yet as the Ukrainians are the front line for Russian aggression, Israel are the front line for ISIS style terrorism. Hamas leaders are millionaires and are very safe in Qatar, also receiving Foreign Aid, while their peoples suffer. If peace is enforced and access is given to Hamas to other land in Israel for a two state solution, they will not keep any peace deal, as they want all the land and for Israel not to exist. Israel is being asked to put themselves danger, by those not in danger i.e. UN/EU/UK and others. This war is a very deep and ancient sibling rivalry, as well as about the land, explained in the Bible more than the Quran. If we do not know this in detail, we have no right to discuss or make a judgement on the matter. Students, celebrities, the media, who seem to think that Hamas can start the war, benefit from it and the hostages, and then demand a unsustainable peace with the aimto eventually destroy Israel. Please note the Ukraine gave up its nuclear weapons to Russia in 1994 with security assurances from the USA, UK, and Russia. Now Ukraine stands alone with no sure security of assistance from any of these nations. The UK, UN, USA may well also not stand by Israel in the future if the UN and others compel Israel to capitulate to the peace demanded by these same nations and other groups. If Hamas then breach any peace agreement and attack Israel once again, it may well be a successful full destruction of Israel next time. This is what is at stake, no one should be thinking that calling peace will solve the problem.
23) The Gaza War is a religious and ancestral/family war which no one will understand properly (if then) without reading the Bible and Quran and knowing some of the actual history of who has occupied/ruled the land since ancient times and particularly since 1900 and how the name Palestine evolved. If we do not know, or do not have a a least a broad idea of the issues, we will only have a biased opinion. Celebrities, students and others so very vocal on this issue, may well be relying on biased “soundbites” and woke/DEI beliefs. To assist a better understanding, we ask for a respectful discussion instigated by the BBC, about Human Rights and their authenticity or not, and the obvious errors (when the Bible and Quran are read in full) in the Muslim and Christian religion. The Public and Politicians are compelled to adhere to EU and UN Human Rights which are causing this immigration/Asylum disaster, yet Human Rights and English law contradict each other and support the breach of English Law. For instance “Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief…,” what happens if the commands in a religious Holy Book (Quran) says “ wife may be scourged/chastised if disobedient” (Surah 4:35 Quran). We will never abolish domestic abuse against women with such commands as if from God, and then the religion is also protected/condoned by Human Rights. Also that believers “should not befriend Jews and Christians” (Surah 5:52 Quran) which is anti semitic and also a command not to integrate. There are also many verses to fight, slay or kill unbelievers, who are “a people without intelligence” (Surah 8:65 Quran). All these commands will be in the “thinking” of Muslims we pass in the street, and those elected and unelected in our Government, due to the book they read/believe i.e. "They long that ye should disbelieve even as they disbelieve, that ye may be upon a level (with them). So choose not friends from them till they forsake their homes in the way of Allah; if they turn back (to enmity) then take them and kill them wherever ye find them, and choose no friend nor helper from among them "(Surah 4:89 Quran) This verse is a present active command and is saying if a believer turns away from the religion, it is right that they be killed, this is in direct conflict with Article 18 of UN Human Rights. We should also ask, how safe are those Muslims in the Government, or in the public eye who publicly denounce their faith for instance, or are compelled by other Muslim to follow the demands of their faith group rather than the common good of all, possible through fear of reprimand according to Islamic Law and family or religious group.
24) Due to the above, we reject the idea by Labour of an “Islamophobia” definition which means “unreasonable fear” of Islam, and all such laws or definitions must be revoked as they are based on error. There is good reason to fear Islam due to the above verses and many others, and why terrorism occurs by believers in the Quran. This is not the fault of the people/believers, but the book, which is often not read in full by many, nor do all people read ALL the Bible either, on which the Quran is loosely based. We therefore also ask for a respectful Media discussion worldwide, instigated by the BBC, of both the Christian and Islamic faith. The Christian faith also has a problem, though different to Islam. Millions of people believe the Bible and the interpretation by the Roman Catholic or Protestant (those not Catholic) Churches who teach its message with varying deviations. It could be said the Quran was the first deviation from the Gospel of Jesus Christ (the New Testament in the Bible). The Gospel and its words promote peace and mercy and the “way” we can receive eternal life. It is not by killing others, and always by choice to believe or not. It does have an horrendous ending for mankind in Revelation, and one last war involving Gaza bizarrely, and the Jerusalem, Judah (the jews). This seems to be a punishment from God himself on all mankind, or nations who do not believe in Jesus Christ. We can escape this great trouble it seems, if we believe in Jesus Christ and his words, which is the only way we can live again after death, so it is written. There are not multiple ways to God, all religions do not all lead to life after death it seems, or to be part of the “kingdom of God”, which I think might be slightly different to just being raised to life again. The Kingdom seems to be those who come with Christ when he returns for a 1000 years to rule on earth it appears, there then is a another final resurrection after the 1000 years for the rest of mankind, but it’s a time of judgement for them. This seems to be how the story goes, IF it is true. Due to the mention of Gaza and Jerusalem/Judah in the Bible and of “Gaza breaching/magnifying themselves against Israels borders” (Zephaniah 2:1-15 enter ref into www.BibleHub.com) and that these verses were written/spoken maybe 3000 years ago, we should ask ourselves “how did they get it the future so right? Why would 2 “nations” or named areas/ peoples, of such small numbers be mentioned in that ancient time, but are now the key peoples causing worldwide discord at this moment? We should take note of this, is it coincidence, or something more? There are also verses in the Old Testament in the Bible where it is predicted that the world would no longer be run as Empires but become multiple smaller nation (see pages 119,120, 121 on www.ACertainMyth.com It also says that the “people” will not easily mix/integrate during that time, again, how was this known 3000 years or so ago? // There are also 2 major errors in the Christian church and what their leaders preach/teach. The first is that God is 3 “personas” in some way, i.e. the Trinity,"Father, Son, Holy Ghost", and that Jesus is God as well as the Son of God. The Muslims/Quran would agree that these are errors, but Muslims/Quran reject Jesus as the Son of God. The Quran does say we should read and believe the “scriptures from aforetime” which is the Bible and which includes the Torah. The Quran also says we believe in Jesus Christ as the Messiah and to obey him, Muslims are instructed to read the Gospels therefore (the New Testament in the Bible), but the Gospel message has been confused with the above 2 errors. I have read both the Quran and Bible front to back several times. It seems clear to me that Jesus Christ is the Son of God with the actual spirit of God IN him, which is the Holy Spirit, also called Spirit of Truth Comforter etc, just different names. The bible verse confirms this, but different church leaders interpret it differently i.e. the trinity and that Jesus is God as well as the Son when he is not, if we go by what is written.// The Message of this part of the Gospel, seems to be that it is just God, his Son who was miraculously conceived by God’s Spirit and power, and then God’s Spirit was IN/with his Son, and then IN us when we believe his words. This will will raise us to life again, as Jesus was raised and who was the “first born of the dead” to prove what he said was true, that we could live again, and this was the way. It seems this is because his words are “spirit” and “truth”. The words we humans speak are also our spirit, but not necessarily truth. The human spirit in us, that living, feeling invisible being IN us, is how we are the “image” or likeness of God, but it is our human spirit speaking, and our words are not all truth, nor bring everlasting life, except when we preach the Gospel. Which if true, is why it may be very important which words we follow and believe, whatever race we are, or belief we currently follow, what we all believe may be incomplete still. For the Attention of: All MPS In the Westminster Government, and all EU National Leaders and their populations who are suffering Asylum/Immigration overload as do we in the UK.
Asylum laws are onerous (one sided) against the host nations and are abused by claimants. They are bankrupting the UK and other European nations financially and culturally. A worldwide or European wide Asylum moratorium/ ban must be announced urgently by the UK, and each European nation as deemed appropriate by their leaders. Also the UK and other nations to trigger “ Article 15 of ECHR Derogation in time of emergency, only to be invoked in time of war or public emergency threatening the life of the nation. This aptly describes the state of the UK and many other European nations. It is a courtesy request and we cannot be wait for permission, and it is likely to be permanent ban on Asylum.
The flow of immigration/Asylum must be stopped, otherwise what is the point of us working at all with government borrowing mounting on top of the 2.7 trillion debt we already have, alongside the daily increasing immigrant numbers and free support of the same paid by the Taxpayer. Every Government budget and policy is a nonsense until the immigration flow is halted.
Therefore the signatories of this Petition, suggest/request the following first 10 URGENT changes in our nation which is collapsing due to already tested and failed policies, which we know will end in an IMF (International Monetary Fund) loan and a third world standard of living unless immigration is stopped immediately. The remaining 14 policy suggestions are for media discussion should we find the petition gathers interest, as not all signing will agree with all policies beyond the first 10. They all could be discussed with MPs over the media or possibly added to the website of www.restorebritain.org.uk for individual petition and take part in a direct democracy system of government if the aims of the first 10 requests for change are successful. There is unrest in some EU nations over similar issues and we are trying to “jaw jaw, not war war” and we appeal to the Labour Government and its MPs and the BBC., that we all must start “thinking” differently, to avoid disaster.
We cannot wait 4 years for a change of government as it will be too late to save the nation, debts are mounting as does the immigration/asylum claims. It may be the case that not all of our UK MPs are blind to the pending financial disaster, including Labour and other political party MPs. We trust that as our elected leaders, they will also want to save the nation and not destroy it by misguided tried and failed past policies, which the public and many professionals can see are not succeeding but leading us to chaos and bankruptcy. Let us choose to make adjustments now, before it is too late, the MPs in particular. Please consider current events, think for yourselves, do not follow the crowd, or the party whip, but make history and start saving the nation from the brink of disaster. As follows:
1)We suggest that this is not a time for a responsible Government to have a “summer recess” of 6 weeks, nor a time for Party Conference, but a time of emergency where civil war and bankruptcy is being predicted and with a Budget coming up to unjustly increase taxes to the working population to pay for this without any significant attempt of controlling this great influx of people immediately. We ask that a recall of Parliament and a cancellation of all Party Conferences occur and this time instead is spent triggering all, or part of the requests below in order to “bring us back from the brink”. It cannot be business as usual.
2) Trigger “ Article 15 of ECHR: Derogation in time of emergency, only to be invoked in time of war or public emergency threatening the life of the nation”, and to suggest to other EU nations struggling with same problem to do the same. It is courtesy notification and we are unable to wait for permission, and it is likely to be permanent.
3) We ask for an immediate motion/private members bill/Labour Bill or a simple official MP request for Military/Navy/RAF/Border Force to provide options for stopping the Channel boat crossings, by force if need be, and for the options to be made known publicly. France is a safe nation, these people are not fleeing from war, and many may have an agenda to damage our nation, hence the 10’000 immigrants in our prisons. Claims of family in the UK is no reason to be allowed into the UK when the Taxpayer is paying for all the costs.
4)As this is an emergency situation, in order to quickly reverse the pending financial bankruptcy and decline of the UK (and perhaps other EU nations) and the cause of it, we want steps taken for Asylum claims and appeals and processing to cease this year, together with Legal Aid for Asylum, welfare payments, NHS care except emergency care, dentistry, housing, translation, education. We ask for the approximate annual collective cost of all these services provided to Asylum seekers calculated over the last 5 years, added together with the full Foreign Aid Budget over those years. So that we can then calculate what the next 5 years might cost and we can see if all this money can be better used for permanently resolving this issue. We want these figures by September 2025 and for them to be made public.
5) Call an election now in order that others who have greater knowledge of business and economic growth issues can take power. Alternatively, a form of emergency coalition agreed so that Labour concede more influence to other party MPs with regard to dealing with the economic and business issues. Ideally the Labour Chancellor working closely/daily with Richard Tice whom as representing www.reformparty.uk on an ongoing basis on the matters of the economy, tax and spending. and with whom Labour may agree to work with to reach a combined solution to begin to resolve these issues. This should be seen as temporary emergency alternative means of running the nations economy, to turn it around, and may become permanent if it works. // The website of Rupert Lowe www.restorebritain.org,uk is not a political party but a step towards Direct Democracy where the public vote more directly on some policies which may be an option as time passes. Ben Habib is also setting up party and his supporters may also take part in this manner. The two party system has failed/needs to evolve and MPs should consider becoming a voluntary parliament of Independents by rejecting the "whip" and voting for what is best for the nation, not for the party or a failing ideology which many can see are leading us to civil war and bankruptcy. It is not logical that each party should promote different policies just for sake of being different. It is logical that there is only one likely path for progress, and MPs must come together to discuss what is best to find that path, looking at what has worked before. We will still have MPs and a Prime Minister elected every 5 years. It will never become a one party system as the MPs need to be elected every 5 years at least, it is more along ancient Greek democracy perhaps. The current chancellor has no business experience and this is the problem. Tony Blair was a Lawyer. current Labour MPs in high office are Human Rights Lawyers, Bank of England office workers, or Union Representatives with no extensive education who left school at 16, many who only have union representation experience. We must balance essential social need with the reality that we need business people to create jobs, and that most people must work unless they have serious physical or mental disability. Labour were trying to do the right thing in reforming the welfare state but were thwarted by idealist MPs who do not realise, due to DEI and woke thinking, that we cannot keep paying money out to people not working, that could. We also have to create and encourage business, and cut multiple costs/expenditure . We cannot keep taxing the working people. None of us can think “left or right” politics anymore, just what needs to be done to avoid bankruptcy and cultural chaos. It is not acceptable to accuse someone of being a Nazi or far right because they want to reform welfare payments, reject Asylum claims/mass immigration, or pay reparations. The facts are the numbers entering the Uk are too great, and there is no money left to spend and a wealth tax just drives the wealthy and tax income away.
6) This is a national emergency, or will be if we do not act now. Due to the pending dire financial and cultural bankruptcy of the UK and other nations, if a general election is refused by the Labour leadership, then we ask that all MPs reconsider their position and collectively/individually refuse the “whip” and all MPs choose to become “Independents”. They should announce at the same time if they are affiliated as Independents for themselves, Labour, Tory, Liberal, Reform etc but that they want the freedom in these difficult times to vote for what is best for the nation and by conscience i.e. free speech, law and order and justice for all “without fear or favour”. i.e. not for a minority with “protected characteristics” of race, religion, gender. This is a failed system/experiment and toxic to society and economic growth as is “woke” and DEI. The 2010 Equality Act and DEI (Diversity, Equality Inclusion) will no longer be tolerated. Good words do not always amount to a “good” outcome, and these are all leading us to bankruptcy and cultural disaster, division and extinction.
7)If there is no other means to do so, we ask that these Independent MPs and/or Reform MPs to put forward private members bills on behalf of those who sign this petition, or by some other method known to them as appropriate. The Speaker of the House should compelled not to block these private members bills listed here. We want an immediate motion/law to reverse the 2010 Equality Act with immediate affect, it is making the host nation population 2nd class citizens in their own land, even losing permanent power over it for each job or public service appointment made by DEI rules.
8) In addition to revoking the 2010 Equality Act, we want all DEI jobs and departments terminated and made illegal in private and public institutions by the end of 2025. This will save significant funds in many Taxpayer funded institutions, i.e. Council, NHS, Education, Government, Police, Military etc. They are serving no practical purpose except promoting/teaching these policies that cause division and injustice, if revoking another law is required for this, then let this be put forward also. We also ask that an approximate annual savings total will be calculated from ending the above and announced to the public what this figure is. This in order that we can all see and hear how these funds saved will be used, to offset the debt, or some other purpose. We want these figures by September 2025. // We suggest that a Common Courtesy Culture is introduced instead of DEI and Human Rights (please see www.BritishIndependentInternationalParty.org - virtual party only). We cannot legalize multiple cultures, preferring some over others, the only one that should be preferred is the English in England, the Welsh in Wales etc. It is our nation and others have chosen to come and live in it over the decades. It is not for the host nation to absorb the demands of many conflicting cultures and pay for it, and has made the host nation population 2nd class citizens in their own nation. We reject the defamation of British history and its replacements by a false contrived narrative. Immigrants of 20 years or more should be as concerned as the English as to what is is occurring and make a stand against it.
9)We ask that an immediate motion/private members bill for all 10’000 immigrants in our prisons are deported /repatriated to their home nation, and that the EU and UN without fail supports this for all nations that apply in this time of crisis. It is the UN and EU that cared in a biased manner for the Asylum seekers and has compelled leaders by law to take in millions of immigrants to the detriment of their own population. They need to acknowledge their error in this policy and assist in the repatriation of these criminals and care as much for the safety of host nation populations i.e. the current and future victims of the 10’000 UK crimes in this instance, some of which were murder, rape and assault. Face/eye pupil recognition should be used to ensure these do not re enter the UK once deported, or improved passport systems.
10) We ask that all LGBTQ teaching in schools is banned, also from using third party teaching materials on this subject such as Mermaids. Teachers should refer the children to speak with their parents on such issues. If teachers speak on sex education, they should only speak on the biological norms, not the various modern and sometimes perverted options, eventually affecting teenage groups “thinking “ that partial strangulation is part of love making. Children also do not know what normal and healthy thinking is with so many "theories" of gender. It is also a waste of valuable teaching time and creates confusion in susceptible/vulnerable minds. We should ask ourselves why it is that some children who are sexually abused when young, then become gay or similar when adults (not all do). This is because we do not fully understand the minds and emotions of humans and that it is possible to “train” a child’s mind and emotions into the “unusual”, in a similar way we can train them into good behaviour and a skill. This is what grooming gangs and pedophiles do, the state education system with DEI and gender issues is “grooming” our children in school into accepting something against biological norms. Even as we can unwittingly train our children into being bullies, if we are bullies, into criminals, if we are criminals. Children learn from our example. Encouraging children into thinking on multiple genders, same sex marriage, choosing to be a boy or girl opposite to their biological sex should be banned, as should alternate pronouns “they/them” instead or I/me. It is a national abuse on our children, and a form of schizophrenia we are teaching. Even most adults are confused. Counseling should be accessible for those that may want/need it, but we cannot confuse all children for the sake of the few that think differently/or have a mental health/behaviour issue such ADHD/Autism etc. Children are in school to learn the 3Rs and more, and skills to build on talents to obtain a job. At present many are coming out of school without being able to read or write, or starting school not able speak English, or handle a knife/fork properly, nor toilet trained. Teaching on DEI (Diversity Equality Inclusion) in schools should also be banned, as these laws should soon be revoked. They were an experiment by some which is destroying national cohesion and causing national bankruptcy. As an example, a judge made a judgement on Birmingham Council in 2023 that they should pay “back pay” to women, based on the lack of equality of pay between men and women. This bankrupted the Council and they had to sell off historic town buildings in order to pay this “back pay”. This cannot be allowed by Unions/Strikes/Judges, it is unsustainable. 11)We thank the 50% of doctors who have not voted to strike in 2025. We ask those that are, to delay for another year such an action as the nation and NHS is in a state of emergency and they had an unprecedented pay rise in 2024. Doctors / nurses should not be allowed to strike, it is a form of blackmail and manslaughter. Give their notice in if they are unhappy, but strikes are not acceptable morally. Multiple patients do die earlier than they would due to cancelled appointments. They were called junior doctors because they are still undergoing training from Consultants. Their salaries rise annually and many on £60'0000 pa. Once trained they can command very high salaries. They are in breach of their oath "to do no harm". They cannot expect privately funded salaries while still training and in a public funded institution.
12) We are not agreement with the Indian Trade Deal which allows visas for 3 years with no payment of NI for that period and allowing dependents to arrive and accessing our NHS service. This while UK born employers are paying an increased NI rate for their employees as per the 2024 budget. Many Hospice, Care Homes, small business have closed due to this. It is totally unacceptable that a Trade Deal allows such an injustice. We want this Trade Deal, or this aspect of it revoked immediately. Let experts review this deal including ReformUK and previous members of it, and revoke this deal if need be. No deal is better than another onerous deal.
13) We do not agree with the tentative and vague UK - French “one in one out” deal with regard to the illegal migration, we want all these channel boats stopped this year at the latest with no special “safe routes” to resolve it. We are happy with closer ties with France and the French, but not with the EU membership rules, particularly if once any deal is signed, we will be obliged to pay yet more money to extricate ourselves. This deal also gives further "fishing rights" away. Let experts review this deal including ReformUK and Ex members of it, and revoke this deal if need be, before it is confirmed. No deal is better than another onerous deal.
14) We understand multiple companies and universities are issuing multiple visas, as is the London Mayors office and who are also paying their visas of £1’200 approximately each, i.e. paid by the Taxpayer. We have millions in London looking for work, do DEI rules extend to employing those actually abroad now? We also want such visa consents to cease immediately and that all visa issue is via the Home Office only.
15)We want all Mayor positions to be revoked by April 2026. The London Mayors position has increased our Taxpayer Council Tax costs by about a third. Mayors have too much power and influence over the Police and too much money to spend on things biased toward the immigrant population, London belongs tot he nation which is still 73% English. The London Mayor provides little actual service, only art, or removing it, or preferential treatment for immigrants with regard to London, and other damaging policies. The London Mayor did not discourage the BLM protests in 2020 while we were in Lockdown and protecting each other and the NHS. Nor did the Ethiopian Director General of the World Health Organization. What an irony that the director of a world health agency did not ban the BLM Protests while the world was being told “not to go out”, yet said BLM Protests were a special case and could. In both instances, these individuals were partisan to the BLM cause, not for the common good. This was an Abuse of Public Office and Trust. We ask that steps are taken to remove these men from office, and the “title” Sir removed for the London Mayor. Some Mayors are good, but it is a position that is easily abused and another layer of costly bureaucracy.
16) Democracies are successful because we generally have small families, work, and obey the law, we reject the suggestion of removing the 2 child benefit cap which will only benefit large immigrant families often not working, Failing nations around the world are in poverty because they have more than 2 children. In the UK they have them too young i.e. before 25, often with no job or reliable partner. In some nations there is no contraception, or pressure from their partner to refuse it, which needs to be rectified for the sake of a woman’s choice in these struggling nations. We also cannot overcome poverty and homelessness in the UK while mass immigration continues and we will not pay more tax to alleviate these issues until immigration is stopped. It is foolish of the Government MPs to suggest this and we do not want more Taxpayer money spent on this issue until the boats and immigration is stopped as it is a bottomless pit of demand.. After it is stopped we can discuss the PIP, Welfare and Pension reforms. They announced on the BBC that homelessness has doubled since Covid, this is disingenuous (insincere) and misleading, Covid is not the reason, but the mass immigration. We also ask for a breakdown of every race, gender and age of every person registered homeless and the date they arrived in the UK and a summary of this list to be made public. We want this by September 2025.
17) The Rental Reform Bill is being rushed through even though the Courts are already overwhelmed. If tenants fail to pay rent or severe ASB (anti social behaviour) issues occur, this will mean severe delays for Landlords to remove tenants while receiving no rent, or on going problems/complaints from neighbours suffering ASB. The Section 21 notice was introduced in 1988 as owners were unable to regain occupancy of their properties. This Bill is again too weighted against landlords, it is regression. It also gives too much leeway for multiple dog ownership in cities. This is leading to increased fouling in parks and streets, dogs not on leads in tubes and railways stations, restaurants, pubs and most dangerous of all in the supermarkets, owners often refuse point blank to leave when asked by staff. As dog owners increase, often with two or more dogs, we are going to have increased noise nuisance from barking, and health and safety risks from fouling and dog urine contamination on the streets, Toxicariasis risks from fouling, and children and adults being bitten. Some dogs are very large and I have been caught between two wanting to attack each other while walking, and was bitten by another small dog this year while walking in the park. This part of the Rental Reform Bill (enforced acceptance of dogs on council and private landlords) will be increasingly costly to Councils and dangerous for society from fouling as the dog numbers increase. There is a reason dogs being allowed or not were down to landlord choice and in a cities. The Bill has also now removed the need for Pet Insurance in case of damage to property, again reducing protections to Landlords. The Rental Reform Bill should be delayed for a year and even revoked, as it is making Landlords leave the rental market when the Councils need more property rentals. In my experience the Section 21 was only used for difficult Tenants.
18) Since the Rental Reform Bill pending, Landlords have been selling large portfolios of their properties en masse to large business and institutions, often overseas. These properties are usually in the first/second time buyer range. We need an URGENT law to stop this so that we do not lose this price range of homes for the youth now, and in the future. The new law should also state that Buy to Let Properties can only be sold singly to owner occupiers, this will bring property prices down to manageable levels. In this same law, Buy to Let mortgages should no longer be offered on properties under £500’000 (figure to be reviewed 5 yearly) to ensure that first and second buyers as owner occupiers are not constantly outbid by Buy to Let owners. This law should also consider restrictions on purchasing second home ownership unless for a relative who will be living in it throughout the year. This is to avoid the problem of holiday homes being bought up for holiday lets or summer use only, and locals unable to rent or buy. There should be a general expectation that the law promotes one home for one person or family, not that one person or business owns many of the cheapest homes available.
19) A law should immediately be passed to ban first cousin marriages which is known to cause severe child disabilities, causing suffering to the child and huge costs to the NHS. In the UK the British English are taught as a child that such a marriage is not acceptable/advised. Those willfully entering these marriages should be registered by law and will be deported with their families who have often been coerced into such a marriage for cultural or religious reasons. To avoid deportation a compulsory amniotic test taken, and an abortion if advised by the Doctor.
20) The Voting age should not be reduced to 16 years. If anything it should be raised to 25 and greater basic education on Politics and the Economy. This lower voting age is only suggested to boost Labours voting base, not for the common good, the nation, or the 16 year olds. Labour is in the process of bankrupting the UK following Marxist/Communist style policies. Most (not all) of us do not know what we are doing when voting, often guessing or following the lead of friends or family. With multiple cultures, many not even speaking English, more and more will be voting blind and “partisan” to a religion, or a “group”, or family. Adding 16 year olds will compound this problem.
21) The BBC should be compelled with other institutions to divest itself of DEI positions and appointments and employ staff only by talent. We also ask that the BBC has TV and Radio discussions on the policies listed on this Petition with experts/commentators from politically left and right leaning, while on the same program and with equal number of participants on both sides of the political argument. They can be MPs or those of Political standing and influence and those linked to Reform UK. Also Rupert Murdoch, Ben Habib, Matt Goodwin, Douglas Murray, Winston Marshall, David Starsky, Dominic Cummings, Jordon Peterson Tommy Robinson, Peter Whittle and those connected to The New Culture Forum and multiple others not mentioned here as suggested by the above. With regard to Gaza, the original “Son of Hamas” should be invited, Mosab Hassan Yousef " American author and ex-Palestinian militant who defected to Israel in 1997, thereafter working as an Israeli spy for the Shin Bet until he moved to the United States in 2007. His father is Hassan Yousef, a co-founder of the Palestinian Islamist organization Hamas", He as more experience of the Palestinians and Israel than any man on earth, but the BBC do not interview him, this is a very biased act of omission. In fact it would "appear" the BBC assisted Hamas to usurp the name “Son of Hamas” by the recent documentary film of a child using that title and that was then rightly withdrawn by Tim Davie due to lack of journalistic investigation. Nevertheless if one searches “Son of Hamas” this child’s name now comes up, so Hamas achieved their aim of usurping the real “Son of Hamas” leader, assisted by the biased BBC staff, was this done purposely by some. The BBC may well be preventing peace and discord worldwide by its bias and “woke” philosophy of its staff due to DEI rules, or allowing itself to be coerced into by individuals and DEI rules,
22)It should be reiterated by the BBC and to the Government before any discussion about “peace” being demanded of Israel with Hamas, that the speakers/MPs are reminded every time that 1) Hamas has said they will do again and again. what they did to Israel on 07.10.23. 2) That the attack on 07.10.23 was an ISIS Islamic style of war on the innocent and defenseless. It was a slaughter, supposedly sanctioned by God, as all attackers were Muslim. 3)That hostages have been cynically held in order to exchange for Palestinian prisoners, violent or otherwise we know not, with an exchange rate of 1 hostage (often already dead), for 100 Palestinian prisoners. The war could have ended 2 years ago if Hamas had released the hostages. The West and those against Israel, including the public and celebrities causes Israel to be humiliated with such an exchange rate, yet still demand unilateral submission by Israel to the demands of Hamas who started this violence, and blame Israel only. If the UK had been attacked from Wales and they were holding hostages for money lets say, would we be so understanding? Hamas is a violent religious group whose holy book says they can kill if need be. The UK is also now in a "group think” with the woke and left wing UN and EU, and instead of leading the way to a just and fair response to an ally in severe trouble with the equivalent of ISIS on its border. It applies sanctions, and does nothing to reprimand Hamas, stopping Foreign Aid or similar. The current Labour Government mean to apply sanctions on Israel unless they submit to their demands, yet as the Ukrainians are the front line for Russian aggression, Israel are the front line for ISIS style terrorism. Hamas leaders are millionaires and are very safe in Qatar, also receiving Foreign Aid, while their peoples suffer. If peace is enforced and access is given to Hamas to other land in Israel for a two state solution, they will not keep any peace deal, as they want all the land and for Israel not to exist. Israel is being asked to put themselves danger, by those not in danger i.e. UN/EU/UK and others. This war is a very deep and ancient sibling rivalry, as well as about the land, explained in the Bible more than the Quran. If we do not know this in detail, we have no right to discuss or make a judgement on the matter. Students, celebrities, the media, who seem to think that Hamas can start the war, benefit from it and the hostages, and then demand a unsustainable peace with the aimto eventually destroy Israel. Please note the Ukraine gave up its nuclear weapons to Russia in 1994 with security assurances from the USA, UK, and Russia. Now Ukraine stands alone with no sure security of assistance from any of these nations. The UK, UN, USA may well also not stand by Israel in the future if the UN and others compel Israel to capitulate to the peace demanded by these same nations and other groups. If Hamas then breach any peace agreement and attack Israel once again, it may well be a successful full destruction of Israel next time. This is what is at stake, no one should be thinking that calling peace will solve the problem.
23) The Gaza War is a religious and ancestral/family war which no one will understand properly (if then) without reading the Bible and Quran and knowing some of the actual history of who has occupied/ruled the land since ancient times and particularly since 1900 and how the name Palestine evolved. If we do not know, or do not have a a least a broad idea of the issues, we will only have a biased opinion. Celebrities, students and others so very vocal on this issue, may well be relying on biased “soundbites” and woke/DEI beliefs. To assist a better understanding, we ask for a respectful discussion instigated by the BBC, about Human Rights and their authenticity or not, and the obvious errors (when the Bible and Quran are read in full) in the Muslim and Christian religion. The Public and Politicians are compelled to adhere to EU and UN Human Rights which are causing this immigration/Asylum disaster, yet Human Rights and English law contradict each other and support the breach of English Law. For instance “Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief…,” what happens if the commands in a religious Holy Book (Quran) says “ wife may be scourged/chastised if disobedient” (Surah 4:35 Quran). We will never abolish domestic abuse against women with such commands as if from God, and then the religion is also protected/condoned by Human Rights. Also that believers “should not befriend Jews and Christians” (Surah 5:52 Quran) which is anti semitic and also a command not to integrate. There are also many verses to fight, slay or kill unbelievers, who are “a people without intelligence” (Surah 8:65 Quran). All these commands will be in the “thinking” of Muslims we pass in the street, and those elected and unelected in our Government, due to the book they read/believe i.e. "They long that ye should disbelieve even as they disbelieve, that ye may be upon a level (with them). So choose not friends from them till they forsake their homes in the way of Allah; if they turn back (to enmity) then take them and kill them wherever ye find them, and choose no friend nor helper from among them "(Surah 4:89 Quran) This verse is a present active command and is saying if a believer turns away from the religion, it is right that they be killed, this is in direct conflict with Article 18 of UN Human Rights. We should also ask, how safe are those Muslims in the Government, or in the public eye who publicly denounce their faith for instance, or are compelled by other Muslim to follow the demands of their faith group rather than the common good of all, possible through fear of reprimand according to Islamic Law and family or religious group.
24) Due to the above, we reject the idea by Labour of an “Islamophobia” definition which means “unreasonable fear” of Islam, and all such laws or definitions must be revoked as they are based on error. There is good reason to fear Islam due to the above verses and many others, and why terrorism occurs by believers in the Quran. This is not the fault of the people/believers, but the book, which is often not read in full by many, nor do all people read ALL the Bible either, on which the Quran is loosely based. We therefore also ask for a respectful Media discussion worldwide, instigated by the BBC, of both the Christian and Islamic faith. The Christian faith also has a problem, though different to Islam. Millions of people believe the Bible and the interpretation by the Roman Catholic or Protestant (those not Catholic) Churches who teach its message with varying deviations. It could be said the Quran was the first deviation from the Gospel of Jesus Christ (the New Testament in the Bible). The Gospel and its words promote peace and mercy and the “way” we can receive eternal life. It is not by killing others, and always by choice to believe or not. It does have an horrendous ending for mankind in Revelation, and one last war involving Gaza bizarrely, and the Jerusalem, Judah (the jews). This seems to be a punishment from God himself on all mankind, or nations who do not believe in Jesus Christ. We can escape this great trouble it seems, if we believe in Jesus Christ and his words, which is the only way we can live again after death, so it is written. There are not multiple ways to God, all religions do not all lead to life after death it seems, or to be part of the “kingdom of God”, which I think might be slightly different to just being raised to life again. The Kingdom seems to be those who come with Christ when he returns for a 1000 years to rule on earth it appears, there then is a another final resurrection after the 1000 years for the rest of mankind, but it’s a time of judgement for them. This seems to be how the story goes, IF it is true. Due to the mention of Gaza and Jerusalem/Judah in the Bible and of “Gaza breaching/magnifying themselves against Israels borders” (Zephaniah 2:1-15 enter ref into www.BibleHub.com) and that these verses were written/spoken maybe 3000 years ago, we should ask ourselves “how did they get it the future so right? Why would 2 “nations” or named areas/ peoples, of such small numbers be mentioned in that ancient time, but are now the key peoples causing worldwide discord at this moment? We should take note of this, is it coincidence, or something more? There are also verses in the Old Testament in the Bible where it is predicted that the world would no longer be run as Empires but become multiple smaller nation (see pages 119,120, 121 on www.ACertainMyth.com It also says that the “people” will not easily mix/integrate during that time, again, how was this known 3000 years or so ago? // There are also 2 major errors in the Christian church and what their leaders preach/teach. The first is that God is 3 “personas” in some way, i.e. the Trinity,"Father, Son, Holy Ghost", and that Jesus is God as well as the Son of God. The Muslims/Quran would agree that these are errors, but Muslims/Quran reject Jesus as the Son of God. The Quran does say we should read and believe the “scriptures from aforetime” which is the Bible and which includes the Torah. The Quran also says we believe in Jesus Christ as the Messiah and to obey him, Muslims are instructed to read the Gospels therefore (the New Testament in the Bible), but the Gospel message has been confused with the above 2 errors. I have read both the Quran and Bible front to back several times. It seems clear to me that Jesus Christ is the Son of God with the actual spirit of God IN him, which is the Holy Spirit, also called Spirit of Truth Comforter etc, just different names. The bible verse confirms this, but different church leaders interpret it differently i.e. the trinity and that Jesus is God as well as the Son when he is not, if we go by what is written.// The Message of this part of the Gospel, seems to be that it is just God, his Son who was miraculously conceived by God’s Spirit and power, and then God’s Spirit was IN/with his Son, and then IN us when we believe his words. This will will raise us to life again, as Jesus was raised and who was the “first born of the dead” to prove what he said was true, that we could live again, and this was the way. It seems this is because his words are “spirit” and “truth”. The words we humans speak are also our spirit, but not necessarily truth. The human spirit in us, that living, feeling invisible being IN us, is how we are the “image” or likeness of God, but it is our human spirit speaking, and our words are not all truth, nor bring everlasting life, except when we preach the Gospel. Which if true, is why it may be very important which words we follow and believe, whatever race we are, or belief we currently follow, what we all believe may be incomplete still. If we are those who hope there is a God in the world that can give us eternal life/paradise we should consider this possibility.
