The proposal to add double yellow lines in Babbacombe Close, will STOP ALL on-street parking, making every day a hurdle for myself and my neighbours.  Our street is 4.3 metres wide, exactly the same size as Hatherleigh Close.  It will only be a matter of time before they too are forced to park in the already overcrowded Woodgate Avenue and surrounding area?

We are lucky that Babbacombe has always been a safe cul-de-sac for our children to play in, with vehicles driving slowly passed the parked cars on the left as you enter the street.  Larger vehicles also manage with ease given the width of our street, proving that the parking situation hasn't caused an issue for almost 75 years.
