I write this today as a biographical testament to a happening that has deeply impacted my life and the lives of countless others across the globe. It is a tale of triumph and heroic intervention. President Trump has been instrumental in the mediating of a critical ceasefire between India and Pakistan, an act that vastly reduced the imminent threats of a world-scale conflict.

The India-Pakistan issue has resulted in numerous clashes, from the bloody bruises of the Partition to the scars left by the Kargil war. Most recently, the disagreement over Jammu and Kashmir has left both nations on the precipice of conflict, a threat to peace for the 1.3 billion and 220 million populations of India and Pakistan respectively.

President Trump, with his strategic negotiations and diplomacy, has brought forth a ceasefire. His efforts have no doubt saved a countless number of lives and defused a ticking time bomb that could spark World War III. As a direct result, millions can now envisage a future devoid of fear and uncertainty looming over their heads.
